Awful service The bike itself is great. The customer service in Europe is now zero, even for a bike that's still under warranty. They claim that their customers will still receive support and will not be left high and dry, but it's just not true. No answers to repeated emails, no replacement of faulty parts. Nothing. Very, very disappointed customer!

I have reached you many times regarding… I have reached you many times regarding the same issue. The faulty bike I have bought has a chronic issue. Issue is persist after many many Problems that I was experiencing a year and a half ago was solved temporarily by you for this faulty product that I have been sold. The brain inside of the hub, pedal support and the battery have been replaced. The issue now is, pedal support doesn't work at all so I won't be able to use the bike, again. Plus the battery is dead too, again. From now on I do expect to be offered a permanent solution otherwise I will be seeking legal advice to see my options for being treated unfairly from your company.

Radrhino6 plus stepthu Great service my radrhino6 plus is fantastic didn't take long building it I have upgraded lots of parts to my tastes and comfort I had a few issues but rad services sorted that out.im 56 and 6ft2 this suits my needs as its big I can't fault the bike it's great fun the 250 motor is fine just ride it. Highley recommended

First ebike I bought a Rad runner 2 which is my first ebike so I can't compare it to anything else but I am glad I did. The price was just over £800 delivered which is great and the bike is a solid well built bike which after watching the instruction online to build and set the bike up was quiet easy. After using it for a few weeks now it rides well after getting used to the weight and I have had a few people asking me about it and saying it looks good.

I bought my RadBike last year in… I bought my RadBike last year in October 2022 it was delivered in 10 working days. Putting all parts was very easy / you can follow instructions book or video. Using my bike every day work/nursery/shopping family trips... its been pleasure.
