While assembling we noticed that the Rad Runner 2 is a quality product from top to bottom. Now it's up and running it has exceeded expectations on all fronts. Everyone wants to use it. Very pleased.

GBRAD RHINO ELECTRIC BIKE Bought a rad rhino electric bike .these bikes are big with 4 inch wheels had to cut mine out of packaging. I was a bit awkward in assembling it as never dealt with disc brakes before so I initially put front wheel on wrong but soon got hang of it.had a problem with headlight but pim in support soon sorted it out.this bike is awesome never rode anything like it and love the fat tyres the motor is strong and responsive it's a great bike

GBdreadful customer service the bike is ok (heavy and difficult to turn, but so much cheaper than the competition you can overlook that) but the customer services is AWFUL. you either get 0 responses for 2 weeks or 4 different agents all email you on the same day. responses are inadequate and every time you email you open a brand new ticket and have to go through the entire rigmarole with a brand new person. i've been waiting for an accessories refund for 3 months. i would say - avoid.

GBOutstanding. Generally I could not be more impressed, bought a City Plus 5, which is incredible I am not a MTB persob I commute every day and go for a chilled ride around the town when I can. Great in materials and assembly, electric works fine, price still a bit high but till now so far so good!

IEAwful service The bike itself is great. The customer service in Europe is now zero, even for a bike that's still under warranty. They claim that their customers will still receive support and will not be left high and dry, but it's just not true. No answers to repeated emails, no replacement of faulty parts. Nothing. Very, very disappointed customer!
