Firstly the Radrunner is a good bike BUT..... Firstly the Radrunner is a good bike BUT... VERY heavy but also very strong. The standard speed controller is poor and with very inconsistent speed control - on flat tarmac top speed would fluctuate buy 3mph randomly, sometimes when slowing down bike would not speed up again just remain at speed you slowed down too. I upgraded to the digital display and that sorted those issues out. My biggest complaint however is the standard tyres, which have NO grip what so ever in damp/wet conditions and I mean that in a dangerous way - even going slow into a corner the front wheel will slide. Top speed also drops off inline with battery drain 20mph at 100%, 18mph at 80%, 16mph at 60%, 15mph at 40% and >14mph at 20%

Awful service The bike itself is great. The customer service in Europe is now zero, even for a bike that's still under warranty. They claim that their customers will still receive support and will not be left high and dry, but it's just not true. No answers to repeated emails, no replacement of faulty parts. Nothing. Very, very disappointed customer!

Easy to use but uncomfortable saddle. I purchased a radrunner plus a few weeks ago and have been out on it a few times. Overall I really like the mechanics of the bike. It is easy to operate and is serving its purpose which is to get me out and about. I suffer with several chronic pain conditions and muscle weakness meaning that a regular pushbike isn’t an option for me and I needed an e-bike with enough power to get me around in the Lake District where I live. The only disappointing thing about the bike is the saddle. It is VERY uncomfortable. I feel as though I’m sliding forward on it and am struggling to find a comfortable riding position as a result. I am somewhat annoyed that I’m going to have to pay to replace it with a more comfortable one.

RAD RHINO ELECTRIC BIKE Bought a rad rhino electric bike .these bikes are big with 4 inch wheels had to cut mine out of packaging. I was a bit awkward in assembling it as never dealt with disc brakes before so I initially put front wheel on wrong but soon got hang of it.had a problem with headlight but pim in support soon sorted it out.this bike is awesome never rode anything like it and love the fat tyres the motor is strong and responsive it's a great bike

Can't fault it to be honest. Can't fault it to be honest. From the research to ordering. Putting it together, and sending one item back due to me not needing it. Its been just excellent. The bike is versatile, can be modded nicely and 3rd party equipment such as amazon pannier racks fit wonderfully. I'm excited to ride my bike again and with the 8.8 miles both ways to work it just make it that little bit more convenient, comfortable and flexible. With a good customer service and fast shipping (UPS are half assed but that's a different company) It's pretty much the way forward. The website is really intuitive and buying things off there couldn't be easier. Although you can get cheaper alternatives elsewhere, the racks are something you should stick with from the seller. Brilliant. Love you ❤️
