I loved the bike but when I had an… I loved the bike but when I had an issue with repairs I didn't receive a call back and felt like they didn't really care to help with my concern.

Needs additional adjustments …going… Needs additional adjustments …going cost 300 dollars or more to work on tire adjustments ….plus half stuff loose on bike was not put together had to use a tourque wrench to tight seat it wants to fall back all the time. My husband says it’s a piece of junk…he’s got a 4000 dollar bike.

Great e-bike in a box Great e-bike in a box. Easy to put together except, unable to tighten brakes so need a bike shop. Otherwise happy w/purchase.
