My wife and I love the bikes My wife and I love the bikes. The only problem is the seats are too narrow and uncomfortable. We replaced them with larger memory foam seats which makes riding great. Larger seats,should be offered as option when purchasing bikes.

Bikes arrived as scheduled and… Bikes arrived as scheduled and permitted me to track their arrival. Called for some assistance on assembly and was happy with the customer service. The bikes are amazing and so enjoyable

Great bike The ordering was super easy all contact was prompt and respectful, my bike actually came faster than I expected, it is very well high quality and I have had many successful rides on it since I got it, the price was also very good I got it on Black Friday discount and couldn't be happier with it, it has fast charge time it's very sturdy and me being a larger person I was quite surprised with how fast it goes with me on it.

I have owned several Nakto Electric… I have owned several Nakto Electric Bikes and i will buy more. Great price and very dependable. I ride hard. They are fun. Make me feel young at heart. With some TLC, these bikes will last a long time.

No prob before warranty There is currently a warranty issue with bike company will not honor it support so the bike is currently sitting inoperable and waiting on consumer protection in California to assist which will probably take two months. Before the warranty issue there was no problem with bike. The bike is 2.5 months old
