Very disappointed... Shipping took to long over 2 weeks to get to us then product was damaged. Taillights were discolored and we were told this was normal. There was also unconnected wires on the back of the bike that we never found out how to attach them. I addressed these issues with the company and wasn't given a response.

Stock Well, I ordered a bike and the color was suddenly out of stock. So I talked to the rep and he told me what colors were in stock and I picked one. A few days later I got a message that all colors were out of stock and I will have to wait a month, maybe longer to get a bike. I live in Montana, summer will be nearly over when I "might" get a bike and I started this process this spring!! The rep was very apologetic, good guy!!

Bought a 48 volt battery on their… Bought a 48 volt battery on their website and .....nothing, no emails, no call, no nothing for two weeks after my many emails asking for help! Filed a claim with my credit card company and got my money back! Do not do business with this company!!! Scams galore
