I emailed the company with my order number and asked when they are due to ship, but I have not received a response. Update: December 2nd and still have not received a refund, response or the brakes!

I would not of known about it being out of stock until I emailed the company only to be told that they can't get the bike I want and offered me a smaller 16 inch bike. I do not want a 16 inch bike as I am 5'8" do will be looking for a 26 inch somewhere else. Summer is short here in Vermont and don't have time to fool around d. I haven't received my money back to buy another bike. Very disappointed in your company. I have asked them to call me at 802(585-9843 . The phone # on the website does not work
