I ordered a e bike on June 7th I ordered a e bike on June 7th. And gave been waiting patiently for it to be delivered . Only to go d out the the bike is out of stock. I would not of known about it being out of stock until I emailed the company only to be told that they can't get the bike I want and offered me a smaller 16 inch bike. I do not want a 16 inch bike as I am 5'8" do will be looking for a 26 inch somewhere else. Summer is short here in Vermont and don't have time to fool around d. I haven't received my money back to buy another bike. Very disappointed in your company. I have asked them to call me at 802(585-9843 . The phone # on the website does not work

Stock Well, I ordered a bike and the color was suddenly out of stock. So I talked to the rep and he told me what colors were in stock and I picked one. A few days later I got a message that all colors were out of stock and I will have to wait a month, maybe longer to get a bike. I live in Montana, summer will be nearly over when I "might" get a bike and I started this process this spring!! The rep was very apologetic, good guy!!
