USOrdered replacement brakes on July… Ordered replacement brakes on July… Ordered replacement brakes on July 13th. It is now July 31st and they have yet to arrive. I emailed the company with my order number and asked when they are due to ship, but I have not received a response. Update: December 2nd and still have not received a refund, response or the brakes!

USVery disappointed... Shipping took to long over 2 weeks to get to us then product was damaged. Taillights were discolored and we were told this was normal. There was also unconnected wires on the back of the bike that we never found out how to attach them. I addressed these issues with the company and wasn't given a response.

USStock Well, I ordered a bike and the color was suddenly out of stock. So I talked to the rep and he told me what colors were in stock and I picked one. A few days later I got a message that all colors were out of stock and I will have to wait a month, maybe longer to get a bike. I live in Montana, summer will be nearly over when I "might" get a bike and I started this process this spring!! The rep was very apologetic, good guy!!
