WITHOUT OPENING THE BOX I CONTACTED ECOTRIC TO RETURN THE UNIT AT WHICH THEY PROMPTLY POINTED OUT THEY WOULD ACCEPT IT AND CHARGE ME $400 TO DO SO AND THAT I WAS BETTER OFF RESELLING IT. OMG,,,, DID I READ THAT RIGHT???? WHEN ATTEMPTING TO CALL THEM AT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE DESIGNED THEIR COMPANY CLEARLY AROUND SATURATION OF PROMOTION WITH LITTLE OR NO CONSUMER RELATIONS AS YOU CANNOT, LITERALLY, CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ON A PHONE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, MY WIFE ORDERED A RADPOWER.... ECOTRIC WILL NOT STAY IN BUSINESS WITH POOR PR LIKE THIS,,, IT IS TOO COMPETITIVE OF A MARKET TO SURVIVE BS SERVICE
