USGlad I tried something new vrs traditional leasing from the dealership At first I was somewhat skeptical about the whole Flexcar process but once I started it was a breeze. The customer care rep walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. There was free delivery in my area so they delivered the car to my door steps. After a quick walk around the delivery guy cause me my keys and it was this simple… the car was clean, like new condition with no marks. The app is amazing and gives up to date information on how many miles drove and left! Amazing! This is create in planing if I need more or less miles……… and unused miles roll over. I also love the fact that at the end of my month I can return that car and get another one at the same level or different and pay my new monthly fee…… overall I am pleased with my decision to join the Flexcar membership.

USVery convenient Very convenient, it is an alternative when you have the need for a car but don't want to commit to a purchase yet. Customer service is very friendly and the whole process was pretty simple. Will recommend to friends and family
