She apologized for any inconvenience, but there were none. I want her all of the time. Thank you flexcar for this wonderful, pleasant woman. Great asset to your company

GBGlad I tried something new vrs traditional leasing from the dealership At first I was somewhat skeptical about the whole Flexcar process but once I started it was a breeze. The customer care rep walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. There was free delivery in my area so they delivered the car to my door steps. After a quick walk around the delivery guy cause me my keys and it was this simple… the car was clean, like new condition with no marks. The app is amazing and gives up to date information on how many miles drove and left! Amazing! This is create in planing if I need more or less miles……… and unused miles roll over. I also love the fact that at the end of my month I can return that car and get another one at the same level or different and pay my new monthly fee…… overall I am pleased with my decision to join the Flexcar membership.

GBWreckless Driver ello, Today between 11 and 11:15am I witnessed a Flexcar driver white truck that was moving too fast to get the tag number drove off going over 90 MPH causing my car with my kids in it to drive off the road almost causing me to crash into a 18 wheeler. I have contacted the police and reported this event. On 285 South. The description that I could get of the Flexcar driver appeared to have long blonde hair. I saw the flexcar sign on the side of the small SUV traveling on 285 South.

GBAdding miles is way too expensive as a… Adding miles is way too expensive as a price!! Then you have to pay initially s high rate to even get the car, then a recurring annual yearly fee on top of that, THEN your monthly rental fee.. and THEN you are not given enough miles to really travel so you are charged several times for additional top up added miles!! It is cheaper to just rent a car from your local rent a car place, like enterprise, etc to avoid all of the crazy fees. Oh, and by the way this is just for a super basic car - not a luxury car, not a sports car.. I'm talking about for a Mazda, Acura, Honda, etc.
