However I love the look of the truck that I received however it smells like weed and it shakes as if the transmission is going out. However it would be great if these things were fixed. The truck also has a lot of paint on the back with a piece of it hatched plastic broken. Other than these things it’s great.

However, there are random and very expensive fees that are not disclosed ie the 199 fee when you switch cars (insert explicatives) the 199 cleaning fee even for your first transaction (why am I paying to clean a car I’ve never driven?). The fees random unknown fees makes you want to go back to ownership or leasing.

Not satisfied with the service and support Poor communication from Management. No evidence can be provided for the customer on the car's condition before delivery and there is no way to get the photos of the car before delivery. Pickup and drop is a hectic thing we need to spend our money on both cases. No proper response for maintenance issues. The mobile app is useless other than the miles calculation. Customer support is giving false commitments that are never fulfilled. Sudden changes for terms and conditions and if not agree we need to return the car.
