I would note that some people complain about not receiving their report. I'm certain if you just follow the instructions *carefully* you will get your report. I got what I was looking for but the… I got what I was looking for but the method could be simplified by just sending the document to the email that I used. That’s how I’ve seen other services do it. The fact that you have to include a YouTube video showing how to retrieve the document should tell you that it’s to complicated.
