Review of Sanway by D. Bernadin Pricing was reasonable. Windows of time given for pick-up and delivery where respected.Staff was courteous. Was kept updated as often as my job required so, by Alex, the Business Owner himself. In general, a genuine, hassle-free experience!

Could not ask for more just now NEW Could not ask for more efficient courteous and professional service. Alex was available whenever I called to answer whatever questions I asked. Unusual now days to have a company play such an active and personal role in service. I would definitely recommend Sanway auto transport. I transported car from central New York to Tucson Az and received car day after I arrived by plane just as I asked.

The scheduling with Alex was better… The scheduling with Alex was better than any other broker I have worked with. Very professional and kept the lines of communication open with me. From the time of scheduling to pick up of my vehicle it was a pleasure. The driver was pleasant when we meet in the pouring rain. I would highly recommend Sanway I had a good experience with Sanway. I had to ship my car from Miami to New York and didn't have much time.When I contacted Sanway, the representative told me that I may need to wait 2-3 days for the pick up of my car. I agree on that, because other companies told me the same.They contacted me the next day and they scheduled with a driver for the following day. Pick up and delivery were smooth and it took only 2 days to receive my car. My calls were always returned, I like the communication I received from this company.They really care about their costumer.I would use them again!

Responsive and accommodating Alex was very responsive and answered all of my questions throughout the process! He quoted a fair price and stuck with it. There were some unique circumstances that we had to navigate with the pick up and delivery of the vehicle. Alex helped me to brainstorm options that could make the car pick-up/delivery work best for us and was able to accommodate our specific needs. I will definitely reach out to Sanway Auto Transport again if I have any future car transportation needs!
