He is a clear communicator and did a great job finding the best price for my age group. Today, I confirmed that my Nissan dealer in Dallas has worked with Nova Warranty. That is a good start! GBJOHN BAKER DID A GOOD JOB JOHN BAKER DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING THE TYPE OF PLAN. HE OFFERED GOOD PAYMENT OPTIONS. HE DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING EVERYTHING, AND AT THE SAME TIME WAS NOT OVERLY PUSHY. THE PRICE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER COMPANIES THAT I HAD TALKED TO AND AT THE SAME TIME OFFERED A BETTER DEAL AND BETTER COVERAGE.

He was more than patient with me although I asked numerous questions. Although it was late, I called him at approximately 10:30pm, he did not hesitate to responded to my additional questions.
