Lucas was not aggressive and was able to express himself in a non technical or intimidating way. He was able to answer 'every' question without having to search or reach out to another rep or supervisor which enhanced my confidence in him. I appreciate his interaction with me, as I often have issues with a sales persons' personality. GBLucas deserves everyone's salute! My sales representative is Lucas Miller. He is THE MAN! Always straight to the point and knowledgeable! However, for my current vehicle, I don't even think it deserves such a wonderful service. I will always leave my best option here to go back to NOVA once I get a newer vehicle! HE DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING EVERYTHING, AND AT THE SAME TIME WAS NOT OVERLY PUSHY. THE PRICE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER COMPANIES THAT I HAD TALKED TO AND AT THE SAME TIME OFFERED A BETTER DEAL AND BETTER COVERAGE.
