GBSo far So far, my experience with Nova has been exactly what they said it was gonna be. I looked at three different companies and called each one of them. The three big factors I used were price, what they covered, and the patience they had to answer all my questions without repeating themselves and actually answering the question. I signed up with Nova Warranty.

GBLucas and I had an interesting and… Lucas and I had an interesting and engaging conversation, which made shopping for an expensive yet necessary item enjoyable. He is a clear communicator and did a great job finding the best price for my age group. Today, I confirmed that my Nissan dealer in Dallas has worked with Nova Warranty. That is a good start! I will try to write another review if/when I need to call on the support of Nova W. for auto repair. Thanks

GBYour rep Lucas Your rep, Lucas M, is a very good communicator and showed himself to be very comfortable in presenting your product to me. Lucas was not aggressive and was able to express himself in a non technical or intimidating way. He was able to answer 'every' question without having to search or reach out to another rep or supervisor which enhanced my confidence in him. I appreciate his interaction with me, as I often have issues with a sales persons' personality. I feel confident that your product will fit my needs and that I received a fair price on my new warranty. Thank you Lucas!
