Professional and courteous John from NOVA gave me a call after I submitted a request for a quote. He was professional and walked me through the process. This was a good first experience with NOVA and I hope it continues.

Lucas deserves everyone's salute! My sales representative is Lucas Miller. He is THE MAN! Always straight to the point and knowledgeable! However, for my current vehicle, I don't even think it deserves such a wonderful service. I will always leave my best option here to go back to NOVA once I get a newer vehicle! All I can say is, the best extended warranty agent ever!
