Bad Experience Bad Experience Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We signed the contract with an agreed upon price, sent the $200 deposit, and then Henry told us we would need to pay a driver twice the amount on the contract. After telling him no, he and his manager bombarded us with calls and texts, even to go so far as to say he would lose his job if we did not go through with the car transport. On top of all of this, he asked me to have my father call him because "men understand these things better than women"... disgusting.

The customer service was impeccable. The customer service was impeccable.. James guided me through the process and kept me informed each and every step until the delivery date. The two cars came in just the way they left the pick up spot. I would definitely use them again. Thanks James for your hard work and dedication to us the clients and thank you for not seeing us (the consumers), as just a prospective pay check. Go Broadway Auto Transport, unless you have thousands of dollars to pay some other company to do the same job these guys will do for less. Thank you Broadway!
