Good experience I highly recommend this company! We worked with Bill Coughlin to get my car shipped. The last two companies I tried to use were not effective at all, and I ended up driving my own car across the country, but Broadway Auto Transport found a great driver and was able to safely ship my car. Up to the very last minute, we were updated on my car. This is a trustworthy company with great people. They are responsive, proactive, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I recommend Bill Coughlin if youre looking to ship your vehicle. He is quick, and responsive. Customer Service Luis Black has some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I can’t thank him enough for helping me find a driver to transport my vehicle in a timely matter. When there was a setback from a driver, he even went in on his day off to resolve the issue. I’d recommend him and Broadway Auto Transport anytime!!!
