Terrible!!!!! Terrible!!!!!! Horrible experience!! I booked Carshauler to move my car from Wisconsin to California. After giving a deposit and promising the car would be picked up, it never was. I had a flight. I called numerous times and was told daily, we will get back to you and they never did. The manager reached out and I was given the same promise with no results. Four more days passed with the car not being picked up. Absolute horrible experience.

I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle…and they don't protect their customers. I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle from San Ramon, CA to Reno, NV. The contractor they hired damaged it during shipping, tried to double dip on the payment, and now denies that he even picked it up and delivered it, leaving me with the bill to repair it. Carshauler had nothing in place to protect me, their customer, from a dishonest shipper and is not willing to step up to the plate and make things right with their customer. I would NEVER recommend anyone use them in the future.

Well done! Scheduling was a little hectic between seller, shipping company & buyer but once it was loaded, they delivered from Nashville, TN to Greenville, SC same-day! Well done!

Do Not Use This Company The vehicle they were contracted to transport was never delivered. We paid as contracted but the driver still drove off with the vehicle because he wanted cash and not the contracted pay. Carshauler has done nothing to recover the vehicle from the driver and has not refunded my payment.

Excellent service from start to finish… Excellent service from start to finish ! Hauled my car from NJ to IL and carshauler took care of this move with great care. They quoted me a fair price and they made sure to communicate every step throughout the move. Highly recommend! Thank you!
