I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle…and they don't protect their customers. I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle from San Ramon, CA to Reno, NV. The contractor they hired damaged it during shipping, tried to double dip on the payment, and now denies that he even picked it up and delivered it, leaving me with the bill to repair it. Carshauler had nothing in place to protect me, their customer, from a dishonest shipper and is not willing to step up to the plate and make things right with their customer. I would NEVER recommend anyone use them in the future.

As an carrier (Beralt LLC) I`ve been… As an carrier (Beralt LLC) I`ve been working and shipping loads from Carshauler company for a long time. Especially it is a big pleasure to work with Kevin. These guys never cancel thier loads, they always have a contract on file thanks to which I`ve never in doubt about their businees. Highly recommend to have a deal with them.

Terrible!!!!! Terrible!!!!!! Horrible experience!! I booked Carshauler to move my car from Wisconsin to California. After giving a deposit and promising the car would be picked up, it never was. I had a flight. I called numerous times and was told daily, we will get back to you and they never did. The manager reached out and I was given the same promise with no results. Four more days passed with the car not being picked up. Absolute horrible experience.

Good experience Naomi was great she had my request done for the following day only for me to delay it a week due to auction issue. Once those we're corrected she had my vehicle picked up the next day.
