They were quite helpful: communication was excellent, and the car was delivered on time, even though pickup instructions we gave them were unclear. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and cost effective. We'd definitely use them again, and do recommend them highly.

FRTerrible!!!!! Terrible!!!!!! Horrible experience!! I booked Carshauler to move my car from Wisconsin to California. After giving a deposit and promising the car would be picked up, it never was. I had a flight. I called numerous times and was told daily, we will get back to you and they never did. The manager reached out and I was given the same promise with no results. Four more days passed with the car not being picked up. Absolute horrible experience.
