GBGood experience Naomi was great she had my request done for the following day only for me to delay it a week due to auction issue. Once those we're corrected she had my vehicle picked up the next day.

GBI hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle…and they don't protect their customers. I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle from San Ramon, CA to Reno, NV. The contractor they hired damaged it during shipping, tried to double dip on the payment, and now denies that he even picked it up and delivered it, leaving me with the bill to repair it. Carshauler had nothing in place to protect me, their customer, from a dishonest shipper and is not willing to step up to the plate and make things right with their customer. I would NEVER recommend anyone use them in the future.

GBI would definitely use them again. Cars Hauler was pleasant to deal with and communicated well. They picked up and dropped off the Jeep within the allotted time. I would definitely use them again.

GBGood service Driver was courteous and delivered the car in good condition. Was a little later than originally said but it wasn’t a big deal since he was coming from 1000 miles away. I would recommend.
