Do Not Use This Company The vehicle they were contracted to transport was never delivered. We paid as contracted but the driver still drove off with the vehicle because he wanted cash and not the contracted pay. Carshauler has done nothing to recover the vehicle from the driver and has not refunded my payment.

Horrible experience with a transport company I had Car Shipping Kings Inc. contracted to haul my car from Michigan to Florida. They assured me several times that everything was on schedule. At the last minute they told me they couldn't find a carrier. I contacted them in November. They are not a reputable company to deal with. Very dishonest. I had to cancel my airline tickets and had to drive to Florida.

I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle…and they don't protect their customers. I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle from San Ramon, CA to Reno, NV. The contractor they hired damaged it during shipping, tried to double dip on the payment, and now denies that he even picked it up and delivered it, leaving me with the bill to repair it. Carshauler had nothing in place to protect me, their customer, from a dishonest shipper and is not willing to step up to the plate and make things right with their customer. I would NEVER recommend anyone use them in the future.
