Tx auto is a scam I will never recommend this company. I drove 2 hours to collect the car. I was assured I would find nothing wrong wrong the car. Apun arriving, there were afew dents ect and wripped car seats but they discounted the price as I could dix these things. There after once I arrived home.i realized the car hadn't been serviced and wheel alignment was completely out. Again- somehting i eas assured was done before collection.I was able to get this fixed. And yes they covered the fees, but since then iv had the car for 4 months and iv had never ending issues. I tried to contact the sales lady to which hannelĥ justs my calls and texts. Shamefull!!!!!

The entire experience with them felt dirty Wow, where do I start with this company. I should have started by reading the reviews and believing them. From start to finish, this company will try to scam you, up-charge you and when you catch them, they will shame you and gaslight you. This company fulfills all the worst stories about car sales and service. Long story short with 1/2 of 24k down, they added 5 k to the car price including: a 3500 “Bank fee” added to the top line car price along with a 1500 “standard” charge for icon “tracking device”. Meanwhile they offered 1500 less than any other company for my car - so basically they were just stealing my car! The difference between the upcharges and my trade was minimal. I kept being told that someone would call me and make a fair deal, yet each person I spoke to lied even more and contradicted the person before. There is a place to make money in the car business and I know all the ways they can legally do it since I was a loan officer for 17 dealerships for 10 years. I can assure you none of the ways they tried to make money off me were legal, clearly outlined or explained. They were “packed” “arbitrary” and “hidden” and their subsequent explanations were not truthful. Stay away! Read the reviews! One upside is that the Salesperson Jay was great - patient, courteous and thorough. I really wanted to give him the sale, but in the end - my experience was so bad that the car would always remind me of the worst motives of selfish, greedy lying people. The entire buying experience felt dirty and tainted. I need a shower now from the stench.

Shady dealership Currently going through the worst purchase struggle of my life. A few months back this dealership sold me a bad apple and knew exactly the shade they were dealing out. I’ve tried for about 3 weeks now to just have professionalism and solve the problem they created. Seems like money is the only thing this dealership is interested it. I would stay very far away. It’s a shame as this place was suppose to be “prestigious” turned out to be nothing more than low level bottom feeders.Ended up selling me a vehicle that could not pass emissions, forgot somehow to disclose accident history and worst of all the vehicle had broken down on me while my two year old daughter was in the back seat while smoke started to come in through the vents. Once the dealership was disclosed the information and events occurring all they did to be professional was lack accountability and sweep it under the rug.
