Like others experience this is a total… Like others experience this is a total bait and switch. Dropped offer over 4K after great inspection. Said things like they will need to replace the tires (less than 20K on them, Car has minor scratches, etc.. Yeah there are a few small blemishes as most cars with 57K would have, but interior is perfect. Unless you are trading in a Tesla or another high demand vehicle, I wouldn't waste your time. The experience felt just like being at an old school dealer. Defeats the whole purpose of the "Online Experience"

I was told numerous times that the price wouldn’t change but they lied and offered me $10,000 less I was told numerous times that they give me $25,000 for my 2017 Honda CRV with very low miles at 53,000 miles. The offer is not going to change Myles kept saying we don’t do business that way. But of course it changed. No longer can I speak to Myles. He won’t call me, I text no answer back. it changed of course to $12,000 then $15,000.

Bait and switch scammers Bait and switch scammers! They offer you one price, but as soon as you complete your inspection they drop it by 10%. Mind you, my car was literally brand new with only 3k miles. Do not trust this company! A bunch of time wasters really.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Do not waste your time. After receiving a $34,500 offer they came out and did an inspection and offered me less than 30,000. The truck is like new with only 18,000 miles on it. They told me that it had undercarriage rust. They then tried to get me to send them a copy of my Carmax offer to try to beat it. This company is a scam and will offer you more for your vehicle upfront, then do the inspection and lowball you.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Do yourself a favor and completely avoid this company. Also educate yourself with the reviews on cars.com and yelp and understand why they're a 2/5. The company has completely ghosted me after a flawless car inspection by their own third party so they dont have to pay their quoted price. AVOID this company, their business practices are EXTREMELY questionable. Will be submitting BBB case shortly. The owner commenting on these reviews is all for looks, he didn't address my issue and probably most others.
