GBI had a fantastic experience dealing… I had a fantastic experience dealing with the Car Ship Guys! However I didn’t deal with a “Guy” I dealt with a woman named Yvette who totally made the difference. She provided professional service, clear expectations, a quick quote, proof of insurance and absolutely everything a high maintenance customer required. Everything went off as she said it would, the driver Sal was on time, professional, provided updates, and on time. Zero problems. No headaches. Competitive prices. I’m not paid or compensated in any way. My name is Matt S. Feel free to contact the company and ask for my email address and I will be glad to verify my comments.

GBThis was a terrible experience This was a terrible experience, my phone has not been left alone since I requested a quote. I have at least 5 different companies bugging me everyday. Terrible idea to even request a quote

GBDark patterns in their website form Their web form asked for the model, make and year of the car I was considering shipping. It asked for my email address. When it asked for my cell phone number, I closed the tab without hitting submit (after typing in my cell number). They not only grabbed my cell phone number before I hit submit, they shared it with a dozen aggressive salespeople from different businesses who are texting and emailing me constantly now. This DARK PATTERN of data capture, and betrayal of privacy rights, combined with sharing my contact information without my consent indicates a lack of ethics. I can't trust all the incoming aggressive sales texts and emails if this is how they get their leads. Seems like a long con. AVOID.

GBPretty Much a Scam. Even Though They'll Tell You They Provided You With What You Asked For. Gotta Read The Fine Print. Should have read the reviews first. Got bombarded with automated calls, emails and text messages despite already resolving my transportation needs. I called and emailed (their provided phone number and email off their site) to take me off whatever directory or register, but they couldn't seem to help me because they said they didn't have my information or phone number (despite me calling them twice and each caller saying he or she will make a note of it). And no I didn't use any of the numerous, non stop quotes they kept sending me, I found someone else to handle the transportation.

GBFraudulent use of personal information… Fraudulent use of personal information regardless of you agreeing or not. Submitted Fraud report to FTC and submit every company that calls to the FCC as spam callers. Hope some of you do the same.
