If you call the number on the website, the representatives will claim to be part of a different sister company and that they do not have your information on file, and suggested contacting Car Ship Guys directly. When I reminded them that this was the phone number on the website and asked if they could give me the actual direct line to Car Ship Guys I was hung up on. I would recommend this company provide an easy way to unsubscribe from the mass of texts, emails, and phone calls once you have the info you were looking for.
