The guys handling the sale process… The guys handling the sale process where helpful and friendly, so that was relatively painless. However, they were let down somewhat by their local agent handling the pickup, here in north Texas. Why? Because I waited all day on the alloted day for pickup, but no-show. Second attempt was successful, and the pickup driver was professional and friendly, despite not having been told to bring a check! So I'd give 3½ stars on balance.
