The entire process was great The entire process was great. I knew what was typical for a cash offer, so I was not offended that I didn't get market value. My biggest hang up was making sure the company, emails, and texts were legit. If I subtracted the time I spent worrying about the legitimacy of the company and the offer (which both were great), I think I had less than 30 minutes invested into the entire process. I put in the info online. Someone texted. I got a follow up phone call. I texted back the next day that I would accept the offer. Paperwork was email, signed, and bike was picked up within 2 hours. 2016 HD roadglide I sold them my 2016 HD roadglide with 22500 miles at a fair price. They did all the paperwork and transportation, all I really had to do was send some pictures, and sign the title. Much easier than selling it myself. Would use this company again if I ever had the need again. They really do give a fair market value without the low balling you'd get from a dealership.
