Bike's Gone - Money's in My Bank - Quick and Easy Anyone who uses an on-line buyer such as PowerSportsBuyers.com expecting to get trade-in or higher value for their motorcycle is expecting too much. I was turned down by several places that just didn't want to mess with a 20 year old bike, even though the GL1800 still ran great. Mr. Carr, though, made me an offer. I did NOT want to mess with trying to sell it on Social Media and have strangers coming by to test ride it. So, the offer, for the convenience of a quick, easy transaction, was fair enough. The matter was handled in two days and my girlfriend is tickled to have the bike gone.

First Experience Overall, I think that PowerSportsBuyers did a pretty good job. They were very helpful during the whole process. The only thing I was concerned about was the method of payment. The driver wasn't aware that he would be writing a check for the motorcycle, which gave me a little bit of concern. Once that was worked out with the driver, everything was concluded satisfactory.

My biggest hang up was making sure the company, emails, and texts were legit. If I subtracted the time I spent worrying about the legitimacy of the company and the offer (which both were great), I think I had less than 30 minutes invested into the entire process.
