Quick and easy! The process was as quick and as easy as advertised. Submitted request for a quote on my motorcycle on Friday, accepted it on Monday and they picked up my bike at 9:00 Tuesday morning. Only minor glitch was that the gentleman who picked up the bike needed significant help getting it on his tow truck.

They provided simple instructions for what they needed and then the appointment was made and the next guy came & picked up the motorcycle and gave me a check that was our agreed price. The guys handling the sale process… The guys handling the sale process where helpful and friendly, so that was relatively painless. However, they were let down somewhat by their local agent handling the pickup, here in north Texas. Why? Because I waited all day on the alloted day for pickup, but no-show. Second attempt was successful, and the pickup driver was professional and friendly, despite not having been told to bring a check! So I'd give 3½ stars on balance.
