However, they were let down somewhat by their local agent handling the pickup, here in north Texas. Why? Because I waited all day on the alloted day for pickup, but no-show. Second attempt was successful, and the pickup driver was professional and friendly, despite not having been told to bring a check! So I'd give 3½ stars on balance.

The entire process was great The entire process was great. I knew what was typical for a cash offer, so I was not offended that I didn't get market value. My biggest hang up was making sure the company, emails, and texts were legit. If I subtracted the time I spent worrying about the legitimacy of the company and the offer (which both were great), I think I had less than 30 minutes invested into the entire process. I put in the info online. Someone texted. I got a follow up phone call. I texted back the next day that I would accept the offer. Paperwork was email, signed, and bike was picked up within 2 hours. Crazy easy.

Super easy process Super easy process. I didn't want to deal with private buyers trying to sell my motorcycle. So many things could go wrong. I handled the paperwork, spoke with Robert and agreed on terms, then arranged for pickup. Everything was done in a week. It was very sad for me selling my bike but doing it this way made it much easier. Only complaint is with the company they had for pickup. They arranged the date/time and after I called near the end of the window, they rescheduled for the next day. I had already rearranged my work schedule. Other than that, I highly recommend.

They provided simple instructions for what they needed and then the appointment was made and the next guy came & picked up the motorcycle and gave me a check that was our agreed price. If I can do this transaction, anyone can!
