If I subtracted the time I spent worrying about the legitimacy of the company and the offer (which both were great), I think I had less than 30 minutes invested into the entire process. I put in the info online. Someone texted. I got a follow up phone call. I texted back the next day that I would accept the offer. Paperwork was email, signed, and bike was picked up within 2 hours. Quick and easy! The process was as quick and as easy as advertised. Submitted request for a quote on my motorcycle on Friday, accepted it on Monday and they picked up my bike at 9:00 Tuesday morning. Only minor glitch was that the gentleman who picked up the bike needed significant help getting it on his tow truck.
