Quick and easy! The process was as quick and as easy as advertised. Submitted request for a quote on my motorcycle on Friday, accepted it on Monday and they picked up my bike at 9:00 Tuesday morning. Only minor glitch was that the gentleman who picked up the bike needed significant help getting it on his tow truck.

If I subtracted the time I spent worrying about the legitimacy of the company and the offer (which both were great), I think I had less than 30 minutes invested into the entire process. I put in the info online. Someone texted. I got a follow up phone call. I texted back the next day that I would accept the offer. Paperwork was email, signed, and bike was picked up within 2 hours. Crazy easy.

Super easy process Super easy process. I didn't want to deal with private buyers trying to sell my motorcycle. So many things could go wrong. I handled the paperwork, spoke with Robert and agreed on terms, then arranged for pickup. Everything was done in a week. It was very sad for me selling my bike but doing it this way made it much easier. Only complaint is with the company they had for pickup. They arranged the date/time and after I called near the end of the window, they rescheduled for the next day. I had already rearranged my work schedule. Other than that, I highly recommend.

2016 HD roadglide I sold them my 2016 HD roadglide with 22500 miles at a fair price. They did all the paperwork and transportation, all I really had to do was send some pictures, and sign the title. Much easier than selling it myself. Would use this company again if I ever had the need again. They really do give a fair market value without the low balling you'd get from a dealership.
