GBI ordered the ETR500HT Etrike I ordered the ETR500HT Etrike. I originally ordered a different one but change my mind and wanted the ETR500HT. Nick was very accommodating with the change. Every time I call the company, Nick has been professional, polite, and knowledgable. I love my new trike. I'm the talk of the whole community. My friend named it and wants me to get a sign for my trike.

GBAnticipation… Presently, the ETrikeCo trike is on order. However, I emailed customer service about a minor issue regarding my address, and the response was immediate, and the issue resolved. My wife and I are like kids at Christmas, waiting for Santa to deliver our trike. Estimated delivery is mid August.

GBI really can't rate the bike as I have… I really can't rate the bike as I have yet to receive it. However I am pleased the carrier is providing updates as to the progress of delivery.

GBLove my ETrike! Love my ETrike!! Due to a medical condition, I cannot drive a car, but with my ETrike I still have my independence. Use it for groceries, church, shopping and church and the beach. The service can’t be any better. No insurance, tags or gas. I can drive it anywhere you can take a bike, including the Pinellas Bike Trail. On top of all this, it’s fun.

GBI bought a trike for my 89 year old… I bought a trike for my 89 year old father last year and was not very happy with it. The battery charge gauge always shows 100% regardless as to how many miles have been used. I reached out to the seller and he told me it was a known problem and that there was no fix for it. He told us to manually track the hours every time it's charged. The front forks were also loose, the entire front fork assembly came off when I lifted up the handlebars. I was told that if I wanted to have someone look at it that I would have to get it back to the place that we bought it from. The distance was too far for me or my Dad to ride the trike to, so we were not able to get it adjusted.
