Trip to Dunedin I just got back from a ride on the Pinellas Trail to Dunedin it was 17 miles to get there an 17 to get home had no issues with my e-trike, and with riding it on the trail. The battery lasted the whole trip and I still had battery life when I got back home. It’s a great ride!

I bought a trike for my 89 year old… I bought a trike for my 89 year old father last year and was not very happy with it. The battery charge gauge always shows 100% regardless as to how many miles have been used. I reached out to the seller and he told me it was a known problem and that there was no fix for it. He told us to manually track the hours every time it's charged. The front forks were also loose, the entire front fork assembly came off when I lifted up the handlebars. I was told that if I wanted to have someone look at it that I would have to get it back to the place that we bought it from. The distance was too far for me or my Dad to ride the trike to, so we were not able to get it adjusted.

Anticipation… Presently, the ETrikeCo trike is on order. However, I emailed customer service about a minor issue regarding my address, and the response was immediate, and the issue resolved. My wife and I are like kids at Christmas, waiting for Santa to deliver our trike. Estimated delivery is mid August.

ETR100 eTrike is locally owned and operated. I always try to support local business. This, however, is not the only factor. When dealing with eTrike, I worked directly with the owner, Nick. Nick is great and he delivered my trike to my home, himself. The product is far superior to any other mobility scooter on the market. The 50-mile range and speed around 20mph, allows me to go anywhere in my entire county. I'm considering getting rid of my car.

The owner has excellent customer… The owner has excellent customer service skills and does whatever it takes to make sure customers have a positive experience. He also seems to be a very honest person. I ordered an ETR300 for my daughter but the entire family uses it. We enjoyed the ETR300 so much that I just purchase the ETR100. I won't receive the ETR100 until early June but I'm looking forward to receiving it.
