Excellent transaction start to finish I would like to thank Southern Trailer Depot for the excellent customer service and help in the construction of my 2021 Rock Solid trailer. This was a total custom order and everything from start to finish was an awesome experience. I had a few minor issues upon picking up the trailer and all of the staff at Rock Solid quickly made the minor changes for me. Great experience. Ennis was excellent to work with in ordering my trailer, pick up was relatively pleasant and quick, though it was a typical very busy Friday morning. Trailer is, of course brand new and perfect. Towed well on 6 hour drive home. Product delivered exactly as ordered.

The sales associate went out of his way to figure out how to accommodate my request for a specific sized escape door for my custom trailer. He contacted the manufacturer and they came up with a solution that works perfectly. He also went out of his way to make sure other aspects of the build that I hadn't considered were also up to the weight and height requirements. Would definitely purchase from them again.
