The sales associate went out of his way to figure out how to accommodate my request for a specific sized escape door for my custom trailer. He contacted the manufacturer and they came up with a solution that works perfectly. He also went out of his way to make sure other aspects of the build that I hadn't considered were also up to the weight and height requirements. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Judging this 'book' by its cover Judging this 'book' by its cover, the trailer looked great. Now that I've taken the plywood walls off to insulate the real problems are exposed. There are wires put through the siding without grommets, both 110 & 12v wires are rubbing against self tapping screws and the gaps between the frame and the siding base are begging for water to rot out the plywood flooring.

I am very happy with my new enclosed… I am very happy with my new enclosed trailer. It took a couple of days longer to deliver than I was told originally but, this was done during the New Years Holidays and I expected this would happen. I was very happy with the delivery driver. Matt went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my trailer as well as his timely delivery. I would highly advise anyone looking for trailer to look at Southern first.

Excellent transaction start to finish I would like to thank Southern Trailer Depot for the excellent customer service and help in the construction of my 2021 Rock Solid trailer. This was a total custom order and everything from start to finish was an awesome experience. I had a few minor issues upon picking up the trailer and all of the staff at Rock Solid quickly made the minor changes for me.
