From start to finish the professional… From start to finish the professional staff walked this first time trailer owner through a custom build with ease. The pricing with all the options packages and 5 year warranty beat anything I priced locally. I do suggest to have it shipped, I spent more on fuel, food and lodging than the shipping cost.

Couldn't be better! When I called Southern Trailer I spoke with Ennis Hester. He was very helpful and patient in explaining all available options and answering any questions. I placed the order for my custom Rock Solid Cargo 7X16TA and much to my surprise, it was completed before the estimated build time and every bit of the quality I had expected. When I picked the trailer up at the Thompson Dr. facility, the staff was very helpful and courteous, even though they were extremely busy. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The salesman that I dealt with The salesman that I dealt with , even though I'm sure he is a nice person , didn’t know about the special deals that where on line at the time I first contacted him . It was a very aggravating experience Trying to communicate with him to say the least.He also didn’t inform me the trailer was in Douglas Ga instead of Douglasville, even though it was my mistake. Wasn’t happy!

Good trailer good deal From first phone call to inquire about a trailer to the actual picking up in Douglas Ga. There was good communication. The price was right,we still saved a lot of money compared to dealer price even with the drive time and expense. The only thing I would do differently is when we picked it up there was no inspection or orientation. Example when we got home there was a reject inspection sticker on trailer jack saying Missing sand foot! We could have caught that at the lot!

I am very happy with my new enclosed… I am very happy with my new enclosed trailer. It took a couple of days longer to deliver than I was told originally but, this was done during the New Years Holidays and I expected this would happen. I was very happy with the delivery driver. Matt went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my trailer as well as his timely delivery. I would highly advise anyone looking for trailer to look at Southern first.
