Good trailer good deal From first phone call to inquire about a trailer to the actual picking up in Douglas Ga. There was good communication. The price was right,we still saved a lot of money compared to dealer price even with the drive time and expense. The only thing I would do differently is when we picked it up there was no inspection or orientation. Example when we got home there was a reject inspection sticker on trailer jack saying Missing sand foot! We could have caught that at the lot!

I have been shopping all summer for a motorcycle trailer this past summer, I became aware of Rock Solid Cargo in GA but when I have spoken to their various brokers in the area and neighboring states, the STD folks (hey, no pun intended with this abbrev. :) were far and beyond best to communicate and deal with!! the Sale person was knowledgeable, motivated and of course when it came to winning the deal - he made sure I was happy to close the deal!! I've waited 6 weeks for this review and in the meantime, I discovered something the factory had to take care of due to error, STD jumped real quick to address this issue with RS Cargo. which turns out to be very positive feedback from the Rock Solid Cargo trailers.

A great purchase experience I live in Michigan and traveled to Georgia to pick up my enclosed trailer. The Southern Trailer Depot sales team and especially Ennis were great. All of my questions were answered and phone calls were returned promptly. More importantly the after purchase customer support has been great. I would definitely recommend Southern Trailer Depot

Ennis Hester was incredible! Ennis Hester was incredible! Prompt and courteous too an extreme. Made buying a pleasure. Both Ennis and his counterpart at Rock Solid, Jennifer, are quite a team making any problem disappear. And the trailer is a quality product that I am proud to own. When I need another utility trailer, I will turn to Ennis, Southern Trailer Depot, and Rock Solid for I am a very happy customer.

The other trailer manufacturer had to get back to me with the simplest questions. I would definitely recommend southern trailer depot to everyone. The sales process was very easy. Deposit over the phone, and balance on pickup. Paperwork was all ready and waiting for me when I got there. Signed the paperwork, and my trailer was outside waiting for me. Very easy process.
