Great end to end service and delivery I had booked an order from another shipper for my Toyota Camry - TX to TN . When it came time for the pickup , they told me they could not confirm a driver . Hard pressed for time, I called TCI Logistics . Dave P was very transparent with good follow-up and dispatched a driver within 48 hours . The driver , Gabriel , communicated with me the entire time - I received my car 40 hours after pickup , in the same condition it was sent! I would definitely recommend them for all your transport needs!

The driver took a long time to deliver my car. They returned my Dodge with scratches, dents, and detached grills. The driver said it happened, but when I called to make a complaint, they told me I should have withheld the non English speaking driver. Before and after pictures were sent of my black Dodge Journey. The supervisor of Alice Bailey even accuse me of trying to make a false insurance claim when all I wanted was my $250 back because they delivered my car in a poor condition.
