GBSTAY AWAY from TCI LOGISTICS STAY AWAY We placed the order on 7/27/22 with Tom. August 23rd comes around for pick up and no carrier is found. Tom stated we needed to pay more money if we wanted our vehicle picked up. That is not what we agreed to on our quote, to keep upping the money. We stated on day 3 of our day 4 window that we need to get our car shipped and Tom's response was how much are you willing to pay. Excuse me?! So we found someone to get our car picked up and let Tom know as a courtesy, since he still could not find any carrier to pick up our car. Tom stated "no one works for free" and charged us $150 cancellation fee for providing no service and holding up shipping our car until we paid more money. I will pay the fee but I am warning all of you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

GBIf you want your vehicle delivered with scratches and dents, call TCI Logistics TCI Logistics is a horrible company to dispatch with. They harass you to use their services. The driver took a long time to deliver my car. They returned my Dodge with scratches, dents, and detached grills. The driver said it happened, but when I called to make a complaint, they told me I should have withheld the non English speaking driver. Before and after pictures were sent of my black Dodge Journey. The supervisor of Alice Bailey even accuse me of trying to make a false insurance claim when all I wanted was my $250 back because they delivered my car in a poor condition.

GBGreat first time shipper This was the first time i had ever had a vehicle shipped to me and i really have nothing bad to say. Set it all up on Thursday and was driving my new vehicle the following Monday. I can't remember names, but the broker, delivery driver guy and his wife were all very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use TCI in the future
