Cheapest rate I found to ship my VW… Cheapest rate I found to ship my VW Tiguan from WV to CA. The beginning was a bit bumpy with the back and forth hashing out the details, but they were accurate after all was said and done. They were actually able to pick up a day earlier and delivered 2 days prior to the original date. I was definitely happy with the speedy process.

I couldn't be happier I couldn't be happier. TMShipping stayed true to their reasonable price, pickup and delivery were done as promised and to my convenience. The driver was very helpful and patient. I'm confused by the negative comments and if you do your homework you'll realize most all carriers that you contact are brokers, THAT"S HOW IT WORKS! you think the drivers have time to drive and do hundreds of quotes a day? Poor customer service I am a shipper and had a poor experience with TMSHIPPING. Accused our dispatcher of lying without providing a proof. Poor customer service with bad attitude. Order ID: 589159-CX. This is the reply to the below comment from TMSHIPPING: We don't have intention to "deceive" anyone and have a written proof to support our statement. This is very unprofessional to accuse someone knowing the fact that it is not true. Again, it proves our feedback and one star rating above. All documents can be provided upon request. Also, this is very unprofessional to disclose the company names, taking into account the fact that one of them is not related to the issue in any way. There is a written agreement/contract in place with Pegasus. Good luck!!! Feel free to black list both companies if this is the best business practice you follow in resolving the issues.

Typical bait and switch Typical bait and switch email states nothing about a "carrier fee" then when you go to sign the contract they try to sneak a 165.00 broker fee in there very shady I canceled and went with a broker who was less and didn't try and hide fee's. I guess it was my mistake for not reading the contract completely but when you have no mention of that in the original email why would anyone suspect things would change in the contract? Hope this helps someone choose a different broker or do your due diligence and go with someone not trying to hide fee's in there contract unsuspectingly. Luckily I did not need the car right away and could cancel but someone in a different situation would be stuck.

Very good service! Very good service!! Delivery & dispatch time is fast, good price considering coming from west coast to east coast. Brokers & drivers communicate with you throughout the delivery process plus my driver was very nice! Have already referred 2 people to them, Thanks again =)
