Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping cost ended up being $150 higher than the original quote. However, TM lowered their service fee by $80 to help me recoup some of the increase. Will definitely use them again if I ever need ship a vehicle or if a friend asks for a recommendation for vehicle transportation.

Deceptive invoicing, not doing business with Deceptive invoicing. They wait until you have submitted all your information and details and then charge another $199 for some administrative fee. The quote clearly states that there are no additional fees and the invoice comes from TMS Shipping LLC. If the $199 additional fee is paid to TMS shipping it should be reflected on the quote.

The service was really incredible The service was really incredible. Price was fair and the same as the quote I received. The driver was incredible. From the time he called to scheduled pick up to the delivery, I received daily updates and impeccable service. It's nice to be able to call and speak to the same person instead of being transferred around. I will definitely keep this company's info and will only use them moving forward.

TM shipping was responsive and timely… TM shipping was responsive and timely in finding me a reasonable quote, getting the agreement to me and making the process seamless. The carrier was also very good after I made the initial contact. The driver gave a thorough inspection of my vehicle before loading it, and delivered earlier than expected. No real issues, except having that the pickup window quoted was not met. Had to call the driver for updates, but to be expected with multiple pickups I guess.
