5-star service always My experience with Gaia has always been a 5-star service! Pick-up and drop-off are extremely easy and the renters are always available to answer questions.

We had to cancel last minute bc our son… We had to cancel last minute bc our son was sick and they waived the cancellation fee. This is why we will continue to use their service. They’re a family own company and it’s obvious by their service.
