5-star service always My experience with Gaia has always been a 5-star service! Pick-up and drop-off are extremely easy and the renters are always available to answer questions.

Can’t recommend enough Derrick and Yuval were extremely communicative through the entire booking process along with the period of time we had the car. They went above and beyond by making our pickup/drop off location more convenient for us and it was super easy to add an extra day last minute when we wanted to keep it longer. The car was squeaky clean when we picked it and we had so much fun driving it that we put in an order for our own Tesla after our trip! Highly recommend-these two know what they’re doing when it comes to running a car rental company are extremely hospitable which is hard to find these days! Can’t wait to rent from them again!
