Thank you Bailey Thank you first of all, when I went there it was only to look at what you had in the store, but I have been wanting a new sofa with recliner and was going to buy just a recliner for myself at Christmas but ran out of money and thought oh well, another day I guess. then did all the paperwork required at store and turned out I was denied, so got upset and left, thinking will there went my dream, only to get to work next morning and find out you reversed your decision. Made my day, got my husband showed him what I was going to purchase, he was happy. when I got home Monday, he was already asleep on his side of sofa, lol so again thank you for making my dream come true.

Weight broke the bridge. I recently applied to use your services when I went to Bailey’s furniture store to purchase a bedroom set. I decided to decline the offer because of the many times and conflicts with the computer system being able to be accessed for signature. I do believe that had the system been working properly, I may have made the purchase, but because of that, and the customer service my wife and I received at Bailey’s, we decided to decline the offer, or use your services. The process was easy enough and the people that I did have a chance to speak with or very nice and professional. In the future, if I am offered a chance again to use your services, I probably would based on this experience.
