GBAwful experience Awful experience . Booked a car at Ft.Myers airport . When I arrived I was told Fox Car rental is outside the airport and I need to walk three blocks to the shuttle. Waited 15 minutes for the shuttle .after getting to FOx rental in FT. Myers my agent Angel Tyson was the rudest B!$@h I ever met . She charged my card more than the reservation I made with car rental 8. She also snuck in a $40 pre paid charge for gas that I DID NOT ASK For. Gets better , I called Fox 800#. Told me there is not phone at that location and I will have to go back in person . I called car rental 8. I was told to send an email to customer service . That’s all they could do

CACheaper than any other rental site! Price is better than that of the alternative or private rentals. Process was easy and quick! Directed to which rental outlet I was getting my vehicle from once the booking was complete!

GBHorrible website now really good customer service After my negative review - Carrentals8 called me and issue was resolved. I received emails with the confirmation numbers and found an 813 phone number. Called Budget to reconfirm the confirmation number and all is on good order. Will up my stats once I get to rental counter.

GBScam warning!! It’s a scam. I paid in full for my reservation via Car Rentals 8, which included taxes and fees and everything. It was only slightly cheaper than booking via budget directly. I paid $343, however, when I showed up, they said that only $292 was covered and that I had to pay $58.40 in taxes and fees. I reached out to car rentals 8 customer service and they said they would not offer a refund of the difference in price. It is completely false advertising, do not book via them!!! You have been warned as a throw on these extra taxes and fees, which initially they told me were fully covered and were zero dollars. You should book via Budget directly next time.
