GBRenting a vehicle We have had really bad luck renting vehicles from smaller rental companies. First time with you. When we contacted you we were greeted by a person that answered all of our questions before booking our vehicle. So far I have high hopes this rental will go off without any problems.

CATo clarify the below response from… To clarify the below response from CarRental 8. I have provided them all the information and made them aware it was not an exchange rate but a conversion charge which is non refundable and would have not been necessary if not for their mistake. They also state here they would credit the difference if the bank would not but in reality they have offered a 5% discound on my next rental which is of no use to me. I started this process March 22nd to try and resolve this issue and have to follow up multiple times to recieve a vague answer that they have clearly not read the infomation I've provieded. It is now April 30th and I'm no closer to recieving my credit.

CACheaper than any other rental site! Price is better than that of the alternative or private rentals. Process was easy and quick! Directed to which rental outlet I was getting my vehicle from once the booking was complete!

GBHorrible website now really good customer service After my negative review - Carrentals8 called me and issue was resolved. I received emails with the confirmation numbers and found an 813 phone number. Called Budget to reconfirm the confirmation number and all is on good order. Will up my stats once I get to rental counter.
