Hands down the best car rental service… Hands down the best car rental service experience anywhere. Onder is just awesome, polite, and very accommodating. He picked us up and dropped-off at the airport at a very short notice without rushing us. He went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Alaskan Car Rental made us wanting to come back to Anchorage.

Excellent company Excellent company, tremendous service from start to finish. A pleasure to deal with, efficient, quick response time, car was immaculate, and perfect, would use again and again over any other car rental company.

Friendly, but…..watch out The Guys at ACR are very friendly. That is absolutely true. They even picked us up at our hotel. But there were some points we did not like: - the car was late (we first got another car to do some groceries) - the front window was broken (a crack of appr. 60/70 cm) - the tires were too flat and the warning sign kept giong on - but most importantly: the risk of driving on unpaved roads. We booked a car that could handle these roads and we took the necessary insurance. However they told us via e-mail (when we were already hundreds of km away) that unpaved roads are our own risk. Therefor I would advice everybody to tripple-check on the terms!!!!!!!

Definitely use Alaskan Car Rental These are great people to work with. Could not ask for a better experience.
