Spoke to Unnder (sp) in the office and he worked with me on rate and it helped so much!!!! I really appreciate his customer service and his kind nature. This company was great to deal with This company was great to deal with. We had a one way rental from Fairbanks to Anchorage. The vehicle was very clean and dependable. The people that I spoke with at the company were helpful and friendly. A little pricey, but you have a very satisfied customer!

From the reservation to the car pick-up and drop-off, all was easy and with a smile. It is a breath of fresh air to rent from a local family-owned company. You are always welcomed with an honest smile, and the cars are very well-cleaned and taken care of. I highly recommend this company. We had a new SUV with only 20 miles on it, still with a temporary license plate. We kept costs down by taking a taxi to their downtown location and for pick-up and drop-off. It made a big difference in the price compared to the major brands. Don't hesitate!

He picked us up and dropped-off at the airport at a very short notice without rushing us. He went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Alaskan Car Rental made us wanting to come back to Anchorage.
