Spoke to Unnder (sp) in the office and he worked with me on rate and it helped so much!!!! I really appreciate his customer service and his kind nature. He picked us up and dropped-off at the airport at a very short notice without rushing us. He went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Alaskan Car Rental made us wanting to come back to Anchorage.
