GBWhat a horrid company What a horrid company. I rented a wheelchair thinking it would be delivered in time for a show we were attending and they never called or let me know that it wasn’t available. They just canceled with an email. Steer away from this illegitimate company

GBINJURED ON THEIR JUNKY 3 WHEELER They rented me a 3 wheel scooter while showing a picture of a stable 4 wheel scooter. Ki Mobility whom is a Cloud of Goods contractor called me 3 times a day while I was on vacation and even called my emergency number when there was no emergency. I INJURED myself rather badly when the scooter dumped me onto the cobblestones and if it wasn't for the kindness of strangers, I would have never have gotten up. Cloud of Goods nor Ki Mobility bothered to contact me after the injury. Steer clear!

GBSCAMMERS I would not recommend dealing with this company as they are not legit. They don’t call you back and the number they give has a recording and not an actual person. I reserved a knee scooter this afternoon as I’d injured my knee.. then an hour later I tried to cancel it.. as I found out the item would actually cause injury to my knee. I was told there was a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours but they have refused a refund even though i cancelled directly with the suppliers within a 2 hour period.. that is within 24 hours as far as I understand it. They are scammers.. And to be avoided!

GBWhat a horrible company What a horrible company and the subs they use are even worse. Rented a scooter in DC to participate in the Out of the Darkness walk for suicide prevention after an accident prevented me from walking. Scooter died after 1 mile. Had sent numerous messages through the company's website- no reply. After sending a direct email to the company, Malia Shelton, said she would get back to me within 24 hours, ever did. I've left many voicemails, sent many emails and even called the company who brought the scooter. No one was helpful. I was even called a liar. No refund!

GBOrlando Hassel I rented a wheelchair from the Orlando location of this company. The chair itself was great. However, when I rented the chair I was not informed that I would have to be present for delivery; they would not/could not drop it off. I also had to coordinate the timing and it took multiple e-mails. Same thing for drop off; I had to coordinate a huge ordeal to drop off the wheelchair to the airport, which included transporting it in the Uber to the airport as the company could not be at my hotel for my checkout time. All in all the lady that I dealt with was very nice, but the entire experience was a lot of work and not worth the effort.
