GBWhat a horrible company What a horrible company and the subs they use are even worse. Rented a scooter in DC to participate in the Out of the Darkness walk for suicide prevention after an accident prevented me from walking. Scooter died after 1 mile. Had sent numerous messages through the company's website- no reply. After sending a direct email to the company, Malia Shelton, said she would get back to me within 24 hours, ever did. I've left many voicemails, sent many emails and even called the company who brought the scooter. No one was helpful. I was even called a liar. No refund!

GBHorrible experience! Stay Away! I rarely write reviews but If I could give Cloud of Goods less than 1 star I would. Here's my experience: I rented a mobility scooter for a huge 2-day music festival in Atlanta, Georgia on Oct 28 and 29, 2023. I was traveling from Phoenix, AZ, and rented an Airbnb near the event. The company said José R Jimenez would reach out to me the day before and coordinate drop-off. When I wasn't contacted I reached out to him and never received a response. The next morning he called to say he was at the location for drop-off but it was 10:30 am, well before check-in and he said her required my ID and couldn't leave it. (I noted on the reservation that it was an Airbnb). I told him what time I was checking in and he said he would come back then. He acknowledged receipt of my message on the call. Of course he didn't show so I reached out to him several times and explained I was missing the event. He didn't have an ETA so he said he would meet at the front of the event which I had to find an alternative option to get there. Because there was no in-and-out at the event, I had to wait outside the gate, missing performers I came to see. 2 hours later he called to say he was at the Airbnb, AFTER telling us to go to the front of the event. Within that time frame, I called "Cloud of Goods" and the only help I received was for them to transfer me back to José. Wait, there's more! When he finally delivered the scooter, it was in red shortly after despite initially showing green which indicates he didn't give it to me fully charged. I'm at a huge event and have to find power to plug in the scooter. Thankfully, they had an ADA booth that assisted me. Due to the amount of time it takes to charge, I had to find an area close by and this prevented me from fully participating in the event. I missed many more of the performers I wanted to see due to a lack of mobility which has 3 stages in different areas of the park. I left the scooter charging at the ADA booth until it was time to leave. I barely made it out of the park and it was beeping again. I called José and was told to put it in neutral and push it somewhere to charge but there was nowhere and I HAVE LIMITED MOBILITY or I wouldn't have needed to rent it. I was stuck on the side of the road with a dead scooter. As the crowd died down, I got an Uber and paid a surcharge to go .6 miles down the road to the Airbnb. I plugged in the scooter and never touched it again, although I paid for a 2-day rental. I had to make alternate plans for day 2 of the festival. I didn't want to risk getting stuck again. He showed up right before checkout on Monday to pick it up. When I explained the issue to him, his response was maybe next time I'm in town they can "do something for me". No resolution, no option to even refund my $205.00, not even partially. Money down the drain for 2 hrs of usage max. My day 1 of the festival was ruined as well. I recommend staying away from this company!!!!

GBSCAMMERS I would not recommend dealing with this company as they are not legit. They don’t call you back and the number they give has a recording and not an actual person. I reserved a knee scooter this afternoon as I’d injured my knee.. then an hour later I tried to cancel it.. as I found out the item would actually cause injury to my knee. I was told there was a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours but they have refused a refund even though i cancelled directly with the suppliers within a 2 hour period.. that is within 24 hours as far as I understand it. They are scammers.. And to be avoided!

GBINJURED ON THEIR JUNKY 3 WHEELER They rented me a 3 wheel scooter while showing a picture of a stable 4 wheel scooter. Ki Mobility whom is a Cloud of Goods contractor called me 3 times a day while I was on vacation and even called my emergency number when there was no emergency. I INJURED myself rather badly when the scooter dumped me onto the cobblestones and if it wasn't for the kindness of strangers, I would have never have gotten up. Cloud of Goods nor Ki Mobility bothered to contact me after the injury. Steer clear!
