I was forced to pay for their insurance (even though I had already purchased one online and didn't want another one). The company makes up that the credit card to pay the required deposit doesn't work, so if you want the car, you have to pay what they ask for in addition.

Cheap but not cheerful. The collection of our vehicle was delayed by nearly an hour which was disappointing but not inexcusable, but at every opportunity United tried to charge more money for the rental service. When returning the car they charged us €20 for cleaning dust that had naturally accumulated from the dry, sandy environment which would have been impossible to avoid given the isolated location of the airport. They did this knowing full well we had no time to dispute with us having to catch a departing flight. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, it's not worth having a sour end to a holiday.

We rent at Agadir airport We rent at Agadir airport. They provide the car with no gasoline and give it back Hal-full. They charge us for cleaning (20€) and I had to insist like crazy to recover my deposit. NEVER RENT with UNITED. They are not trustful!!!!
