Bad car and bad experience I have rented a car in Agadir airport. The experience was very bad. Honestly the the offer are very cheep but once you arrive in place they try to get money from you at any price starting by the type of credit card, the proposed car are different from the offer. Even after returning car without issue and with more fuel as i got it and the report says “nothing to signal” yhey take a part from my deposit. I do not recommend UNITED for you.

Please avoid Please avoid. We arrived and there was a queue to recieve our car. Lady in front of us waited 2hours. We had to wait nearly 1 hour. Car was not even the correct one ordered, but as we just wanted to start our trip we didn’t make a hassle. On return of the car, the guy highlighted some dust on the back of the car and said it will cost €20 to clean, which is absolutely absurd. The car was cleaned and on the drive to the airport it collected some dust as Morocco is a dry and sandy country. They try to rip you off in any way they can. Please pay a bit more and use a trusted hire car company.

PLEASE AVOID!!! STEER CLEAR!!!! PLEASE AVOID!!!! and watch out for EXTRA CHARGES!!! I made a reservation for a car for 3 days. When I arrived there I couldn't find the United Rent office in the airport and no information on where they are, so I started my search outside the airport, I asked someone wgo told me that there iis no office, actually it is just a van (a utility car) parked in a dark place on the airport parking, suddenly a young man shows up next to the van and informs me that he needs to see the reservation voucher, I showed him the reservation and then he immediately tells me that I have to pay 39Euros EXTRA because the plane was delayed by 45 minutes and I arrived outside opening hours, except that the agency's opening hours are not mentioned anywhere, worse there is no office, it is just a van... This is the worst experience I have ever had for a car rental. I will spare you the inconvenience and stress that this misadventure has caused. AVOID AND DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES, THEY WILL CHARGE YOY EXTRAS ALL THE WAY ...

Worst Rental Experience in Morocco so Far... I was given an old car of a lower category. Afraid of the safety condition of the vehicle, I called and brought it right back after a couple of miles, only to have to wait an hour, and get an even lower category vehicle for the same price. I'll add that I had to wait for the shuttle at the airport before the long drive to the rental car location away from Casablanca airport. I paid for a diesel and ended up with a gasoline car. I have rented cars in Morocco many times before and this is the worst experience I've had so far. Stay away from this company!

Cheap but not cheerful. The collection of our vehicle was delayed by nearly an hour which was disappointing but not inexcusable, but at every opportunity United tried to charge more money for the rental service. When returning the car they charged us €20 for cleaning dust that had naturally accumulated from the dry, sandy environment which would have been impossible to avoid given the isolated location of the airport. They did this knowing full well we had no time to dispute with us having to catch a departing flight. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, it's not worth having a sour end to a holiday.
