ITAvoid, you don't know the final cost We rented a car in Rabat for a week, and during the rental period, everything went more or less smoothly, despite some difficulty finding the car and a $10 charge at the end for external cleaning, which we accepted. However, a few months later, I noticed a charge on my credit card without any prior notice. I sought explanations via phone and email, but unfortunately, I received no response. Only through the intermediary were we able to establish contact. They sent us the original police report, clearly stating that the fine varied between 150/200/300 MAD depending on the day of payment. However, they charged us the total amount of all three figures: 650 MAD. We asked for an explanation, and they sent us an invoice with two items: TICKET VIOLATION 541.67 MAD and TAX 108.33 MAD, totaling 650 MAD. I contested the 541.67 MAD amount, stating that it seemed invented. In response, they sent us a new invoice with the TICKET VIOLATION reduced to 250 MAD (a different amount from that indicated in the report), an ADMINISTRATION FEE of 350 MAD, and TAX of 50 MAD. Upon our request to pay only the part that is rightfully ours, we received no further response. The worst part is that they have access to my credit card information, and I have no idea what they might charge in the future.

DERented car in Antalya. Rented car in Antalya. Rental made through Carjet. Warning: company at the limits of legality. I was forced to pay for their insurance (even though I had already purchased one online and didn't want another one). The company makes up that the credit card to pay the required deposit doesn't work, so if you want the car, you have to pay what they ask for in addition.

GBPLEASE AVOID!!! STEER CLEAR!!!! PLEASE AVOID!!!! and watch out for EXTRA CHARGES!!! I made a reservation for a car for 3 days. When I arrived there I couldn't find the United Rent office in the airport and no information on where they are, so I started my search outside the airport, I asked someone wgo told me that there iis no office, actually it is just a van (a utility car) parked in a dark place on the airport parking, suddenly a young man shows up next to the van and informs me that he needs to see the reservation voucher, I showed him the reservation and then he immediately tells me that I have to pay 39Euros EXTRA because the plane was delayed by 45 minutes and I arrived outside opening hours, except that the agency's opening hours are not mentioned anywhere, worse there is no office, it is just a van... This is the worst experience I have ever had for a car rental. I will spare you the inconvenience and stress that this misadventure has caused. AVOID AND DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES, THEY WILL CHARGE YOY EXTRAS ALL THE WAY ...

DEBad car and bad experience I have rented a car in Agadir airport. The experience was very bad. Honestly the the offer are very cheep but once you arrive in place they try to get money from you at any price starting by the type of credit card, the proposed car are different from the offer. Even after returning car without issue and with more fuel as i got it and the report says “nothing to signal” yhey take a part from my deposit. I do not recommend UNITED for you.
