Please avoid Please avoid. We arrived and there was a queue to recieve our car. Lady in front of us waited 2hours. We had to wait nearly 1 hour. Car was not even the correct one ordered, but as we just wanted to start our trip we didn’t make a hassle. On return of the car, the guy highlighted some dust on the back of the car and said it will cost €20 to clean, which is absolutely absurd. The car was cleaned and on the drive to the airport it collected some dust as Morocco is a dry and sandy country. They try to rip you off in any way they can. Please pay a bit more and use a trusted hire car company.

Disappointing Experience with United… Disappointing Experience with United FEZ by CarDiscovery I recently rented a car from United and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The vehicle provided was not only old but also in a noticeably poor condition with over 170 000 km and engine light. I had a Dacia instead of a Ford, which I had pay a little extra for. From exterior scratches to interior wear and tear, it was clear that the car had seen better days. Moreover, my interaction with the staff was equally disheartening. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, making the entire rental process unpleasant (The person Was eyerolling us, and kept ignoring us when we explained that they gave us a dirty car, the only moment she replied is to say "we Know the likes of you, you take clean cars and lie afterwards). It's disappointing to encounter such lackluster service, especially when relying on a reputable rental company. Cherry on the cake...I had to pay for the parking.... I would not recommend United Rental car neither Discovery car based on my disappointing experience.

Agadir horrible I rent a car in Agadir and it was horrible! They wanna make more money, so they “find” new scratches. Fortunately we have video proof, that this scratch was already been there! After that, they want to make money on cleaning car, so they say this car have to be return perfectly clean. They charge us for 20€!!!! Unaccetable!!! At this time, they didnt return full security deposit from credit card!!!!! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

When I arrived there I couldn't find the United Rent office in the airport and no information on where they are, so I started my search outside the airport, I asked someone wgo told me that there iis no office, actually it is just a van (a utility car) parked in a dark place on the airport parking, suddenly a young man shows up next to the van and informs me that he needs to see the reservation voucher, I showed him the reservation and then he immediately tells me that I have to pay 39Euros EXTRA because the plane was delayed by 45 minutes and I arrived outside opening hours, except that the agency's opening hours are not mentioned anywhere, worse there is no office, it is just a van... This is the worst experience I have ever had for a car rental. I will spare you the inconvenience and stress that this misadventure has caused. AVOID AND DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES, THEY WILL CHARGE YOY EXTRAS ALL THE WAY ...
