Disappointing Experience with United… Disappointing Experience with United FEZ by CarDiscovery I recently rented a car from United and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The vehicle provided was not only old but also in a noticeably poor condition with over 170 000 km and engine light. I had a Dacia instead of a Ford, which I had pay a little extra for. From exterior scratches to interior wear and tear, it was clear that the car had seen better days. Moreover, my interaction with the staff was equally disheartening. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, making the entire rental process unpleasant (The person Was eyerolling us, and kept ignoring us when we explained that they gave us a dirty car, the only moment she replied is to say "we Know the likes of you, you take clean cars and lie afterwards). It's disappointing to encounter such lackluster service, especially when relying on a reputable rental company. Cherry on the cake...I had to pay for the parking.... I would not recommend United Rental car neither Discovery car based on my disappointing experience.

You will be very disappointed from the start. You will get very used Car with 100,000s of scratches and dirty insight. stay away, I’m warning you. I have a pictures and videos before I took the car and after I returned the car it said to do business with people. They are not honest honest.

Bad car and bad experience I have rented a car in Agadir airport. The experience was very bad. Honestly the the offer are very cheep but once you arrive in place they try to get money from you at any price starting by the type of credit card, the proposed car are different from the offer. Even after returning car without issue and with more fuel as i got it and the report says “nothing to signal” yhey take a part from my deposit. I do not recommend UNITED for you.

United in Madeira No reviews about Madeira rent a car from United. In fact, there is a francize and the car comes from Specific rental. Great experience, 5 stars, good and almost new Mitsubishi, ready to take at midnight, quickly drop-off and deposit released. Thanks!
