Please avoid Please avoid. We arrived and there was a queue to recieve our car. Lady in front of us waited 2hours. We had to wait nearly 1 hour. Car was not even the correct one ordered, but as we just wanted to start our trip we didn’t make a hassle. On return of the car, the guy highlighted some dust on the back of the car and said it will cost €20 to clean, which is absolutely absurd. The car was cleaned and on the drive to the airport it collected some dust as Morocco is a dry and sandy country. They try to rip you off in any way they can. Please pay a bit more and use a trusted hire car company.

Agadir horrible I rent a car in Agadir and it was horrible! They wanna make more money, so they “find” new scratches. Fortunately we have video proof, that this scratch was already been there! After that, they want to make money on cleaning car, so they say this car have to be return perfectly clean. They charge us for 20€!!!! Unaccetable!!! At this time, they didnt return full security deposit from credit card!!!!! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Rented car in Antalya. Rented car in Antalya. Rental made through Carjet. Warning: company at the limits of legality. I was forced to pay for their insurance (even though I had already purchased one online and didn't want another one). The company makes up that the credit card to pay the required deposit doesn't work, so if you want the car, you have to pay what they ask for in addition.

Avoid, you don't know the final cost We rented a car in Rabat for a week, and during the rental period, everything went more or less smoothly, despite some difficulty finding the car and a $10 charge at the end for external cleaning, which we accepted. However, a few months later, I noticed a charge on my credit card without any prior notice. I sought explanations via phone and email, but unfortunately, I received no response. Only through the intermediary were we able to establish contact. They sent us the original police report, clearly stating that the fine varied between 150/200/300 MAD depending on the day of payment. However, they charged us the total amount of all three figures: 650 MAD. We asked for an explanation, and they sent us an invoice with two items: TICKET VIOLATION 541.67 MAD and TAX 108.33 MAD, totaling 650 MAD. I contested the 541.67 MAD amount, stating that it seemed invented. In response, they sent us a new invoice with the TICKET VIOLATION reduced to 250 MAD (a different amount from that indicated in the report), an ADMINISTRATION FEE of 350 MAD, and TAX of 50 MAD. Upon our request to pay only the part that is rightfully ours, we received no further response. The worst part is that they have access to my credit card information, and I have no idea what they might charge in the future.
