WAITRD FOR HOURS TO BE TURNED AWAY DUE TO INSURANCE FROM MY STATE TGEY DID NOT EXCEPT IT. ALMOST EVERY CUSTOMER INCLUDING MY FAMILY AND I LEFT DISTRAUGHT. WE WERE STRANDED WITH NO TRANSPORTATION AS DARKNESS ROLLED IN. WE HAD TO UBER BACK TO THE AIRPORT BECAUSE THE SITE IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT AS STATED WHEN BOOKING. I BOOKED THRU A THIRD PARTY IE.. PRICELINE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE FROM THIS COMPANY AS MY FAMILY AND NEARLY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT THIS RUN DOWN SCAM BUSINESS HAD EXPERIENCED. The wait time to rent a vehicle was… The wait time to rent a vehicle was poor. The car reserved was unavailable so I had to go with another vehicle. The vehicle was not clean. The Administration fees are extremely high and are in the fine print. Toll fees are 3 times higher than the toll with additional fees. Very poor customer service. The rental deposit was $735.00 charged to my credit card. Please be very careful because I won't rent from this company again. God Bless you.

York Car Rental in FLL not recommended In priceline I reserved a medium SUV like the RAV4 and they give a small SUV a Nissan Kicks. I did allegations to the personnel and they didn't give me the equivalent. I paid in Priceline an insurance but they made me paid for another insurance obligatory telling me that if I dont paid that insurance I can not rent.

SCAM!! If i could give negative stars i would SCAM!!! PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS SERVICE. They mention everything at the time of picking up the car about going out of province and about insurance(which they make you buy from them at time of pickup) and nothing about how you will be charged for going over 200kms. It is advertised as unlimited mileage and nowhere on the website does it state "charged for excessive KM" unless after you make the reservation and listed as hidden fees. They don't even have their company listed on google maps as so people cant leave reviews. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR.
