Worst car rental ever My partner and I had a terrible experience with York Car Rental in Cancun, Mexico. In the afternoon on Dec 24th we arrived at Cancun Airport. No one was waiting to pick us up as per our reservation. We called all 3 phone numbers, provided in the voucher, but no one answered. Later we took a taxi to their office only to find that they are not there and no one has heard of them either. Very disappointing experience and not a great way to start your holiday.

If i could give zero stars i would If i could give zero stars i would. I reserved a car for my trip to Tampa through priceline. Landed at the airport, waited for my luggage which was delayed, waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, waited another 40 minutes on line at the rental company to watch everyone in front of me be denied their car rental. I get to the counter and i am told my reservation was cancelled due to being "late" for pick up - which was due to their shuttle being late and waiting in line. and that they could not do anything about it. This was paid IN FULL upon booking. I then asked them to rent a car (since i needed a car) and they said they couldnt do an "at counter" booking and there was nothing they could do for me. People on line behind me were also turned away for the same reason. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Please if someone else was SCAMMED for YORK CAR RENTAL CONTACT ME ASAP Please if someone else was scanned by this company York car rental in Toronto, charged a crazy amount please contact me jennycruz1778 @ gmail.com so we can collect data an sue this company is scanning a lot of people , we need to stop them asap and prove they’re scans. Avoid Avoid! I Was ask to pay additional fees and my deposit was $1,000.00 with full coverage insurance. Not located at the airport. I will never use a bundle package from priceline or expedia again.My car had an overwhelming air fresh smell to later go away and smell like ass, freaking awful. Seats were dirty. Paid for small suv and got a small Nissan Sentara. I hated everything about this experience. It's a shame and disgraceful what this world had came too. Stressful, stressful, stressful!!!!

The worst customer service The worst customer service, I rented a car from this company was robbed broken window and charged me a 3000 dollar deductible. They are a lying cheating company don't rent from them beware.
