WE WERE STRANDED WITH NO TRANSPORTATION AS DARKNESS ROLLED IN. WE HAD TO UBER BACK TO THE AIRPORT BECAUSE THE SITE IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT AS STATED WHEN BOOKING. I BOOKED THRU A THIRD PARTY IE.. PRICELINE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE FROM THIS COMPANY AS MY FAMILY AND NEARLY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT THIS RUN DOWN SCAM BUSINESS HAD EXPERIENCED. The wait time to rent a vehicle was… The wait time to rent a vehicle was poor. The car reserved was unavailable so I had to go with another vehicle. The vehicle was not clean. The Administration fees are extremely high and are in the fine print. Toll fees are 3 times higher than the toll with additional fees. Very poor customer service. The rental deposit was $735.00 charged to my credit card. Please be very careful because I won't rent from this company again. God Bless you.

Worst car rental ever My partner and I had a terrible experience with York Car Rental in Cancun, Mexico. In the afternoon on Dec 24th we arrived at Cancun Airport. No one was waiting to pick us up as per our reservation. We called all 3 phone numbers, provided in the voucher, but no one answered. Later we took a taxi to their office only to find that they are not there and no one has heard of them either. Very disappointing experience and not a great way to start your holiday.
