The worst customer service The worst customer service, I rented a car from this company was robbed broken window and charged me a 3000 dollar deductible. They are a lying cheating company don't rent from them beware.

Scam, do not ever use them! Just like everyone else has said, a total bait and switch scam. The thing that really pissed me off was that American Airlines Rewards offered up this scam of a car rental company in exchange for miles. I arrive to pick up car, and it's nothing but added fees, and outrageous details about insurance. You had to show them your declaration page of your insurance, or buy out of that on a per day basis. I walked out without talking car, and now am formally complaining to AA.

Avoid Avoid! I Was ask to pay additional fees and my deposit was $1,000.00 with full coverage insurance. Not located at the airport. I will never use a bundle package from priceline or expedia again.My car had an overwhelming air fresh smell to later go away and smell like ass, freaking awful. Seats were dirty. Paid for small suv and got a small Nissan Sentara. I hated everything about this experience. It's a shame and disgraceful what this world had came too. Stressful, stressful, stressful!!!!
