MXWorst car rental ever My partner and I had a terrible experience with York Car Rental in Cancun, Mexico. In the afternoon on Dec 24th we arrived at Cancun Airport. No one was waiting to pick us up as per our reservation. We called all 3 phone numbers, provided in the voucher, but no one answered. Later we took a taxi to their office only to find that they are not there and no one has heard of them either. Very disappointing experience and not a great way to start your holiday.

GBBe honest with the total cost and also… Be honest with the total cost and also the deposit money when I was there one couple was paying $500 and they wanted me to put 2500 down that is illegal

GBAvoid at all costs had to take 2 buses to off airport location. waited in line for hour and a half to get rental car. then had to put $2500 down as security deposit when I am fully insured. Avoid this place at ALL costs.
