WAITRD FOR HOURS TO BE TURNED AWAY DUE TO INSURANCE FROM MY STATE TGEY DID NOT EXCEPT IT. ALMOST EVERY CUSTOMER INCLUDING MY FAMILY AND I LEFT DISTRAUGHT. WE WERE STRANDED WITH NO TRANSPORTATION AS DARKNESS ROLLED IN. WE HAD TO UBER BACK TO THE AIRPORT BECAUSE THE SITE IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT AS STATED WHEN BOOKING. I BOOKED THRU A THIRD PARTY IE.. PRICELINE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE FROM THIS COMPANY AS MY FAMILY AND NEARLY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT THIS RUN DOWN SCAM BUSINESS HAD EXPERIENCED. I set up a car rental through Priceline… I set up a car rental through Priceline with York to pick up my rental at the Tampa Airport. To my surprise they are not located in the airport like my reservation said but at an offsite location not even close to the airport. We had no way of getting there and they didn't offer shuttle service. I tried to call them and could not get through. We had to rent with another car company. I will never ever use this company again. False advertising.

Never to be trusted Do NOT use this company if its the last rental company in the world! Your credit card is not safe with them. This car rental does not give you an option to prepay tolls then charged me over $300 for less than $10 tolls. The most dishonest rental company ever!

SCAM!! If i could give negative stars i would SCAM!!! PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS SERVICE. They mention everything at the time of picking up the car about going out of province and about insurance(which they make you buy from them at time of pickup) and nothing about how you will be charged for going over 200kms. It is advertised as unlimited mileage and nowhere on the website does it state "charged for excessive KM" unless after you make the reservation and listed as hidden fees. They don't even have their company listed on google maps as so people cant leave reviews. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR.

God awful God awful. Seriously avoid this company at all costs. You're better off buying a car instead of renting from this place.
