GBDONT RENT FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY DONT RENT FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY. IT WAS TGE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVERY HAD IN YEARS OF TRAVELING. THE PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. WAITRD FOR HOURS TO BE TURNED AWAY DUE TO INSURANCE FROM MY STATE TGEY DID NOT EXCEPT IT. ALMOST EVERY CUSTOMER INCLUDING MY FAMILY AND I LEFT DISTRAUGHT. WE WERE STRANDED WITH NO TRANSPORTATION AS DARKNESS ROLLED IN. WE HAD TO UBER BACK TO THE AIRPORT BECAUSE THE SITE IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT AS STATED WHEN BOOKING. I BOOKED THRU A THIRD PARTY IE.. PRICELINE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE FROM THIS COMPANY AS MY FAMILY AND NEARLY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT THIS RUN DOWN SCAM BUSINESS HAD EXPERIENCED. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL !!!!! THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I REALLY WANTED TOJUMP THE COUNTER AND ASSAULT THEM.PLEASE DONT RENT FROM HERE IN ANY MANNER YOU WILL BE SORRY!!’ COST ME $300 DOLLARS EXTRA TO GET A RENTAL AT THE AIRPORT. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

CADO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM RENTAL… DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM RENTAL COMPANY. I prepaid a rental for my stay in Mexico at the Cancun airport. The instructions were clear as to where I would be met by the shuttle. I waited there for 2 hours having called every number they listed. One of the numbers had been disconnected. The other number went to a voice mail that was never answered as I did not hear back for them at any time during my 2 month stay. When it became apparent that no one was coming, and that this company may not even exist, I walked back into the airport and rented a car from Avis. Having returned to Toronto I tried to contact them at the number they've provided and it went to a voice mail that was full. Don't waste your time or money with this company. As we speak I am on the phone with the bank who issued my US credit card that I put the pre-payment on. Hopefully they can reverse this charge, and if not I will sue them in small claims court

GBIf i could give zero stars i would If i could give zero stars i would. I reserved a car for my trip to Tampa through priceline. Landed at the airport, waited for my luggage which was delayed, waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, waited another 40 minutes on line at the rental company to watch everyone in front of me be denied their car rental. I get to the counter and i am told my reservation was cancelled due to being "late" for pick up - which was due to their shuttle being late and waiting in line. and that they could not do anything about it. This was paid IN FULL upon booking. I then asked them to rent a car (since i needed a car) and they said they couldnt do an "at counter" booking and there was nothing they could do for me. People on line behind me were also turned away for the same reason. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

PRYork Car Rental in FLL not recommended In priceline I reserved a medium SUV like the RAV4 and they give a small SUV a Nissan Kicks. I did allegations to the personnel and they didn't give me the equivalent. I paid in Priceline an insurance but they made me paid for another insurance obligatory telling me that if I dont paid that insurance I can not rent.

GBI set up a car rental through Priceline… I set up a car rental through Priceline with York to pick up my rental at the Tampa Airport. To my surprise they are not located in the airport like my reservation said but at an offsite location not even close to the airport. We had no way of getting there and they didn't offer shuttle service. I tried to call them and could not get through. We had to rent with another car company. I will never ever use this company again. False advertising.
