Avoid at all costs had to take 2 buses to off airport location. waited in line for hour and a half to get rental car. then had to put $2500 down as security deposit when I am fully insured. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

WAITRD FOR HOURS TO BE TURNED AWAY DUE TO INSURANCE FROM MY STATE TGEY DID NOT EXCEPT IT. ALMOST EVERY CUSTOMER INCLUDING MY FAMILY AND I LEFT DISTRAUGHT. WE WERE STRANDED WITH NO TRANSPORTATION AS DARKNESS ROLLED IN. WE HAD TO UBER BACK TO THE AIRPORT BECAUSE THE SITE IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT AS STATED WHEN BOOKING. I BOOKED THRU A THIRD PARTY IE.. PRICELINE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE FROM THIS COMPANY AS MY FAMILY AND NEARLY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT THIS RUN DOWN SCAM BUSINESS HAD EXPERIENCED. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL !!!!! THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Scam, do not ever use them! Just like everyone else has said, a total bait and switch scam. The thing that really pissed me off was that American Airlines Rewards offered up this scam of a car rental company in exchange for miles. I arrive to pick up car, and it's nothing but added fees, and outrageous details about insurance. You had to show them your declaration page of your insurance, or buy out of that on a per day basis. I walked out without talking car, and now am formally complaining to AA.

I set up a car rental through Priceline… I set up a car rental through Priceline with York to pick up my rental at the Tampa Airport. To my surprise they are not located in the airport like my reservation said but at an offsite location not even close to the airport. We had no way of getting there and they didn't offer shuttle service. I tried to call them and could not get through. We had to rent with another car company. I will never ever use this company again. False advertising.
