WAITRD FOR HOURS TO BE TURNED AWAY DUE TO INSURANCE FROM MY STATE TGEY DID NOT EXCEPT IT. ALMOST EVERY CUSTOMER INCLUDING MY FAMILY AND I LEFT DISTRAUGHT. WE WERE STRANDED WITH NO TRANSPORTATION AS DARKNESS ROLLED IN. WE HAD TO UBER BACK TO THE AIRPORT BECAUSE THE SITE IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT AS STATED WHEN BOOKING. I BOOKED THRU A THIRD PARTY IE.. PRICELINE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE FROM THIS COMPANY AS MY FAMILY AND NEARLY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WAS AT THIS RUN DOWN SCAM BUSINESS HAD EXPERIENCED. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL !!!!! THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Avoid at all costs had to take 2 buses to off airport location. waited in line for hour and a half to get rental car. then had to put $2500 down as security deposit when I am fully insured. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

Worst car rental ever My partner and I had a terrible experience with York Car Rental in Cancun, Mexico. In the afternoon on Dec 24th we arrived at Cancun Airport. No one was waiting to pick us up as per our reservation. We called all 3 phone numbers, provided in the voucher, but no one answered. Later we took a taxi to their office only to find that they are not there and no one has heard of them either. Very disappointing experience and not a great way to start your holiday.
