CADO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM RENTAL… DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM RENTAL COMPANY. I prepaid a rental for my stay in Mexico at the Cancun airport. The instructions were clear as to where I would be met by the shuttle. I waited there for 2 hours having called every number they listed. One of the numbers had been disconnected. The other number went to a voice mail that was never answered as I did not hear back for them at any time during my 2 month stay. When it became apparent that no one was coming, and that this company may not even exist, I walked back into the airport and rented a car from Avis. Having returned to Toronto I tried to contact them at the number they've provided and it went to a voice mail that was full. Don't waste your time or money with this company. As we speak I am on the phone with the bank who issued my US credit card that I put the pre-payment on. Hopefully they can reverse this charge, and if not I will sue them in small claims court

GBThe wait time to rent a vehicle was… The wait time to rent a vehicle was poor. The car reserved was unavailable so I had to go with another vehicle. The vehicle was not clean. The Administration fees are extremely high and are in the fine print. Toll fees are 3 times higher than the toll with additional fees. Very poor customer service. The rental deposit was $735.00 charged to my credit card. Please be very careful because I won't rent from this company again. God Bless you.

CATheft We rented a car from York last summer. They incurred charges for tolls we used and billed us. No issue paying this however it was sent to a credit collection company without trying to notify us first. Regardless, we paid the fee ($95).Recently, in error, my husband paid the credit recovery agency money that was meant for CRA ($2000). When he contacted them, they advised the money was already sent to York via chqs (chq#'s and dates were given). When we spoke with York, we received nothing but a runaround, them denying this had occurred. At the end of the email today, they advised they weren't helping and to go ahead and proceed with legal action. Keeping the money is theft. We require the money to be returned asap.

GBGod awful God awful. Seriously avoid this company at all costs. You're better off buying a car instead of renting from this place.
