Great service To be able to complete a few clicks on my phone and have someone there within the hour was terrific. We had already sat for three hours waiting for the company from our insurance company to return our calls.

Not only did they call me right away after I submitted my request to make sure I was safe and in a good area, the driver got to me in less time than estimated. He swapped out the flat tire with the spare in just minutes! He also advised me to the speed limit with a spare and made sure I drove off safely before he pulled away.

Stranded? Call Drive Roadside! I Promise You’ll Be Happy You Did. One early morning, I go out to my car to head to work and my car wouldn’t start. I determined my car battery drained. I immediately started searching for roadside assistance. I called Drive Roadside knowing nothing about their company and they immediately dispatched assistance. They were friendly and sympathetic to my need to get to work on-time. Their driver’s name was Tim. He called to let me know he was enroute. Tim called a second time with his exact ETA. No one likes being stranded. The reassurance Drive Roadside provided was tremendous. By far, they’re a 10 rating in my book!

This is a total rip off!! This is a total rip off!!! The service person who came to help me told me the total cost would be $45, and ask me to pay him cash. So I did, and even gave him a cash tip! Then I get a $199 charge on my credit card for the same service! I called to get a credit on my credit card because I paid cash....and they denied my request! This vender is a a scam ripping people off and double charging! Definitely would not recommend them for anyone.
