2:00am on a stretch of interstate hwy… 2:00am on a stretch of interstate hwy in Louisiana. Ran out of fuel and closest city was roughly 30 miles away. Could not get my insurance carrier or credit card roadside assistance to help in anyway. Found drive on google. Requested service, got confirmation, and an ETA of arrival. Driver showed up on time and prepared. Was an amazing experience. Can’t recommend enough

Straightforward Update: Got refunded after second request and writing reviews. Straightforward, already left a review on the App Store. Car broke down on the highway, I requested a jump. Now, within a few minutes of me ordering from Drive, a cop pulled over and I cancelled the service. I cancelled in the app AND the tow company called me so I cancelled DIRECTLY with the driver. No one was dispatched to me. They still charged me 199$. If per their cancellation clause they charged me the 45$, I could accept that, but 199$ for nothing is straight up criminal. Just give me my refund.

Top notch service The service I got from Roadside Assistance was top notch. From the customer service on the phone to the actual person arriving to help me change my tire. Fast friendly service and very well knowledgeable made my experience an easy and stress free. I'm for sure using this service again. I loved how they kept me informed on… I loved how they kept me informed on when I could expect their representative at my location. The first rep had his car break down! So they immediately let me know and sent another person asap. The guy who came out had my vehicle open in less than 5 minutes! We was very nice! I would definitely use them again if the need arose. I will definitely recommend them to others needing assistance with their vehicles.
