Company was willing to work with me to rectify issue… Felt this merchant was more legit than going w/ someone on Ebay . Price was a little higher but still way cheaper than the dealer accessory price . My first SEM card failed to load but was able to contact company & they were very helpful to rectify problem new SEM card was sent out with total success! They also offered me a refund if the backup did not work ..I would definitely recommend this website for navigation SEM cards.

Great Find! My 2021 CX 5 didn't come with navigation and I wanted it. I was prepared to pay the $489 at the dealership, but they didn't have it in stock. So I googled it and found MazNavStore!!! Helpful, patient, and prompt In truth, still am not sure whether the sd card is compatible because, as it turns out, the entire navigation module had to be replaced and currently in that process. Nonetheless, communicated my issue with Maznav and they have been most patient and helpful. Their shipping was very prompt.
