GBCompany was willing to work with me to rectify issue… Felt this merchant was more legit than going w/ someone on Ebay . Price was a little higher but still way cheaper than the dealer accessory price . My first SEM card failed to load but was able to contact company & they were very helpful to rectify problem new SEM card was sent out with total success! They also offered me a refund if the backup did not work ..I would definitely recommend this website for navigation SEM cards.

GBI've ALWAYS purchased the cards for my Sync 1 Navigation Systems … I've ALWAYS purchased the "A" version of the cards for a "SYNC 1" Navigation system on my 2013 Ford Flex directly from the Ford Dealer or the mailer they would send out. This time and after much researching of "discounted" SYNC 1" Nav cards being offered by online vendors, I decided to take a chance and order the current "A14" For SYNC 1 systems version from MazNavStore. Their cards exterior markings looked identical to my older A9 card. I emailed MazNavStore and asked questions. I received an IMMEDIATE reply and my concern's were fully addressed. That Impressed me. So, I took a chance and placed my order. It came quickly and was well protected to avoid damage in transit. I was also surprised that MazNavStore took the time to follow up my order by sending me and email with step by step instructions as to how to install the card and what to expect. I removed my old "A9", installed the new "A14" and the transition was absolutely flawless and the NEW card was instantly accepted. The MazNavStove A14 for Sync 1 systems card saved me over $100 and as long as they make updated cards for my 2013 SYNC 1 system, I'll keep buying them from MazNavStore!!!

GBGreat customer service I absolutely appreciate the care and consideration they have for their customers! My first card didn’t work properly. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. I didn’t even have to ask for the replacement. It was offered to me and they kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. My new card works great!
