GBI've had two services with wrench.com I've had two services with wrench.com. The second service didn't turn out exactly I was hoping but the mechanic was knowledgeable enough to know that the service I requested was not going to fix the vehicle. The convenience of having a mechanic come out to your home to fix your vehicle is what brought me to them.

GBNot reliable when in need of a quick solution. Not reliable when in need of a quick solution. My Jeep was out a whole week for them to tell us in the end that it wasn't going to be covered by our extrended warranty. They told us it would only take 24-48hrs. We keep calling after the 48hrs and no one knew anything so we waited more than a week for them to tell us "oh yeah this is not covered" and they knew this with in the first 24hrs but failed to notified us!

GBAvoid at all costs! Booked and paid in advance for routine maintenance (timing belt, etc) on my car. $1425 later & 10 days later my car is sitting in the middle of my garage not operable because the mechanic broke a part when attempting to put the car back together (after 3 days of showing up late to my home to complete the service). I've contacted the company via email and phone every day now with zero success in learning what the next steps are to complete the job. Horrible service.

GBI thought I needed a serpentine belt… I thought I needed a serpentine belt replacement but after the mechanic inspected, he found that all belts were good but simply needed tightening. The bill was $146 but they drafted my bank account for $446.70 and now refuse to return the excess $320.46 that they took after I was told the money would be put back within 24 hours. It's been a week now so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & am now awaiting the outcome to see where I go from here. This has been a nightmare experience. It's insane !!

GBI don’t recommend. Not proficient I scheduled an appointment to get my CRV’s serpentine belt replaced. The mechanic found that water pump is also seized and needs to be replaced. I agreed to that and asked him to do the job. However, the mechanic was not proficient to do that job so he told that I need to schedule another appointment with master mechanic and charged me $150 for cancellation. I asked the customer service that it’s not my fault and I am ready for the repair work but since their mechanic is not proficient why would I be charged for that. They didn’t listen anything and charged $150 cancellation fee. I don’t recommend wrench mobile mechanic.
