GBI thought I needed a serpentine belt… I thought I needed a serpentine belt replacement but after the mechanic inspected, he found that all belts were good but simply needed tightening. The bill was $146 but they drafted my bank account for $446.70 and now refuse to return the excess $320.46 that they took after I was told the money would be put back within 24 hours. It's been a week now so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & am now awaiting the outcome to see where I go from here. This has been a nightmare experience. It's insane !!

GBHad a scheduled appointment and I had… Had a scheduled appointment and I had to take off work for them to show up. Waited all morning and then at the last minute the technician sends me a text message and canceled the appointment. Not only did I miss out on money by missing work but my car never got looked at or fixed!

GBI don’t recommend. Not proficient I scheduled an appointment to get my CRV’s serpentine belt replaced. The mechanic found that water pump is also seized and needs to be replaced. I agreed to that and asked him to do the job. However, the mechanic was not proficient to do that job so he told that I need to schedule another appointment with master mechanic and charged me $150 for cancellation. I asked the customer service that it’s not my fault and I am ready for the repair work but since their mechanic is not proficient why would I be charged for that. They didn’t listen anything and charged $150 cancellation fee. I don’t recommend wrench mobile mechanic.

GBI've had two services with wrench.com I've had two services with wrench.com. The second service didn't turn out exactly I was hoping but the mechanic was knowledgeable enough to know that the service I requested was not going to fix the vehicle. The convenience of having a mechanic come out to your home to fix your vehicle is what brought me to them.

GBThey are SCAMMERS!! They are SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! They fake appointment times and CHUY claimed to be busy. Five hours after a three o'clock appointment. He lied about being outside for 45 minutes and cancelled appointment. Call your Attorney General's Office. Call the police and do a theft report they cannot get away!
