Canceled on me at last minute Texted within 10m of appointment stating they cannot make it. Very unprofessional. I'm glad they at least informed me rather than no-call-no-show, but unfortunate they do not have a back up mechanic in case the scheduled mechanic has some sort of emergency (giving the benefit of the doubt). I will change my star rating if they show up for rescheduled appointment.

Got a quote from YourMechanic which… Got a quote from YourMechanic which was bought by Wrench and when I tried to schedule an appointment they raised the price. They tried to say the original quote included a discount, which it didn’t. I was actually offered a discount in a subsequent email. First rep I talked to tried to justified the price increase and the when he couldn’t he told me that they didn’t have a mechanic servicing my area. Obviously that’s a lie otherwise they wouldn’t have given me a quote in the first place. Stay away from this company they are not honest.

Last minute cancelled appointment Cancelled at the time of the appointment. Their 'track' your mechanic application did not work - gave error about the link being expired (before the appointment time). I had waited two weeks to get the appointment. The representative was rude on the phone and 'the best' they could offer was to book another appointment 3 weeks out. Wrench is worthless. Avoid!

Dont hold your breath Wrench offers convenient service because you dont have to take your car to a shop. However,they lack communication. Their office people set appointments for you that the mechanics cant work around. They cancel on you last minute. My car had 3 issues. The mechanic came and fixed 2 of them, said they would be back to fix the other problem. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything from them.

Avoid at all costs! Booked and paid in advance for routine maintenance (timing belt, etc) on my car. $1425 later & 10 days later my car is sitting in the middle of my garage not operable because the mechanic broke a part when attempting to put the car back together (after 3 days of showing up late to my home to complete the service). I've contacted the company via email and phone every day now with zero success in learning what the next steps are to complete the job. Horrible service.
