My Jeep was out a whole week for them to tell us in the end that it wasn't going to be covered by our extrended warranty. They told us it would only take 24-48hrs. We keep calling after the 48hrs and no one knew anything so we waited more than a week for them to tell us "oh yeah this is not covered" and they knew this with in the first 24hrs but failed to notified us!

They are SCAMMERS!! They are SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! They fake appointment times and CHUY claimed to be busy. Five hours after a three o'clock appointment. He lied about being outside for 45 minutes and cancelled appointment. Call your Attorney General's Office. Call the police and do a theft report they cannot get away!

Waited all morning and then at the last minute the technician sends me a text message and canceled the appointment. Not only did I miss out on money by missing work but my car never got looked at or fixed!
