Had a scheduled appointment and I had… Had a scheduled appointment and I had to take off work for them to show up. Waited all morning and then at the last minute the technician sends me a text message and canceled the appointment. Not only did I miss out on money by missing work but my car never got looked at or fixed!

Dont hold your breath Wrench offers convenient service because you dont have to take your car to a shop. However, they lack communication. Their office people set appointments for you that the mechanics cant work around. They cancel on you last minute. My car had 3 issues. The mechanic came and fixed 2 of them, said they would be back to fix the other problem. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything from them.

I thought I needed a serpentine belt… I thought I needed a serpentine belt replacement but after the mechanic inspected, he found that all belts were good but simply needed tightening. The bill was $146 but they drafted my bank account for $446.70 and now refuse to return the excess $320.46 that they took after I was told the money would be put back within 24 hours. It's been a week now so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & am now awaiting the outcome to see where I go from here. This has been a nightmare experience. It's insane !!
