GBThey are SCAMMERS!! They are SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! They fake appointment times and CHUY claimed to be busy. Five hours after a three o'clock appointment. He lied about being outside for 45 minutes and cancelled appointment. Call your Attorney General's Office. Call the police and do a theft report they cannot get away!

GBDont hold your breath Wrench offers convenient service because you dont have to take your car to a shop. However, they lack communication. Their office people set appointments for you that the mechanics cant work around. They cancel on you last minute. My car had 3 issues. The mechanic came and fixed 2 of them, said they would be back to fix the other problem. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything from them.

GBSCAM First experience was awesome... May 2022... They came out... diagnosed my vehicle... shortly after that sent a knowledgeable mechanic that did a good job. Ok cool... so now i have a water pump issue (which the mechanic informed me it would need to replaced soon) January 2023... i call to obtain another quote...Then this raggedy rude funky bi+ch says i still i owe my $100 deductible from previous work... Overtalked me trying to muscle me out of $100 that i know i paid... bank card still on file on the website... good mechanics... terrible customer service.

GBNo Refunds...only credit I canceled an appointment with this company. They charged a 75 dollar fee even though I canceled on a Friday and the appointment was a Tuesday. The reason why that's important is because they say you have 48 hours to cancel and last time I checked Friday is over 48hrs from Tuesday. Anyways, it really doesn't matter because these characters don't even give refunds they give you a credit to your account ( an account I didn't even want to make in the first place). They don't make it clear, at all that if you cancel you will not receive a refund and instead you will receive credit and that's just not good business practice. Long story short, read the fine print that's how they get you lol...I 've certainly learned my lesson and man! its quite an expensive one lol

GBI thought I needed a serpentine belt… I thought I needed a serpentine belt replacement but after the mechanic inspected, he found that all belts were good but simply needed tightening. The bill was $146 but they drafted my bank account for $446.70 and now refuse to return the excess $320.46 that they took after I was told the money would be put back within 24 hours. It's been a week now so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & am now awaiting the outcome to see where I go from here. This has been a nightmare experience. It's insane !!
