They are SCAMMERS!! They are SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! They fake appointment times and CHUY claimed to be busy. Five hours after a three o'clock appointment. He lied about being outside for 45 minutes and cancelled appointment. Call your Attorney General's Office. Call the police and do a theft report they cannot get away!

Waited all morning and then at the last minute the technician sends me a text message and canceled the appointment. Not only did I miss out on money by missing work but my car never got looked at or fixed!

Totally unprofessional company Totally unprofessional company. I had to go to the ER this morning by ambulance. We sent a text to their conformation that we needed to reschedule. When I got out of the ER I see this text message "Thank you for eating my time and gas. enjoy th rest of your day. So obviously this must happen a lot to them and they do not care why you were unable to make the appointment and just assume the worse. I guess they just reallly need the $150 czancelation fee tha they charged me. Find a better company.

My Jeep was out a whole week for them to tell us in the end that it wasn't going to be covered by our extrended warranty. They told us it would only take 24-48hrs. We keep calling after the 48hrs and no one knew anything so we waited more than a week for them to tell us "oh yeah this is not covered" and they knew this with in the first 24hrs but failed to notified us!

Their 'track' your mechanic application did not work - gave error about the link being expired (before the appointment time). I had waited two weeks to get the appointment. The representative was rude on the phone and 'the best' they could offer was to book another appointment 3 weeks out. Wrench is worthless. Avoid!
